This was a comfortable room- larger than I thought. 1 large bed- at least a king and than also a single . Bed was comfortable. We arrived after 6 pm so rang the after hours number and given lock box detail. You will also need a gate code which will be emailed. Large bathroom with a bathtub. Tea/coffee / and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. There were bath salts for bath. Nice touches. Clean room. Dining table too. Quite hotel. The gate is right on the mall. Parking is also included. We arrived late and parked in the Wilson parking and had our parking paid for. Thankyou to the Richmond for a comfortable and very well priced stay.

Pool table was extremely out of level. Pints aren't pints. All of Australia and Great Britain knows what a pint is but apparently a pint in SA is called an imperial and a pint is simply a schooner. Simranjeet was fabulous and a great laugh. Her service was top shelf. Kristin was also brilliant and offered us free pool but with the pathetic state of the table it was unplayable!

Super easy after hours check in and check out. Prime location right in Rundle Mall, with a car park included just a short walk away. The room size was huge, especially for such a central location, and the price was excellent for what you get.

The air conditioning system was very loud throughout the night and didn't cool the room particularly well. The rooms are quite old with noticeable wear and tear, and there was long black hair found throughout the apartment, which was disappointing.

Despite this, I'm still giving 5 stars due to the unbeatable location, prompt and professional service, generous room size, and great value for money. I would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at hotel Richmond and couldn't fault a thing! The location in the heart of Rundle Mall is perfect - everything is right at your doorstep, yet the rooms are peaceful and comfortable.

Our room was beautifully styled, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was amazing, and the balcony views added such a special touch to the experience.

The bar downstairs was just as impressive. Great atmosphere, stylish setting, and a fantastic selection of drinks. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day out in the city.

Overall, an outstanding experience with exceptional service, comfort, and convenience. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend hotel Richmond and its bar to anyone visiting Adelaide!

Enter the dungeon, if you like dark rooms and decore go for it, if not pass go do not stop. The access is appalling, one entrance was blocked completely and seemed to have been for sometime. The air conditioning was shocking, actually double sweating due to gear. It was cooler outside than in and patrons were complaining to staff, only to be patronised with an offer of a complementary drink. Would rather the air con temp to be lowered.
As for service, there was one staff member who thought that whatever she was doing on her phone was more important than servicing a thirsty customer. I actually waited close to a minute before she decided to look up clearly knowing I was waiting.
