Thank you Hilton Adelaide for making our stay, so far, a pleasure. Beautifully appointed, great reception service, room service is exceptional too. Would not stay anywhere else. Very well located. Great valet parking and the rent a car was organised by the Hilton. Five stars all the way!

Location is great and the bed was comfortable but what I couldn't look past was a mouldy shower. My room (625) had mould spores throughout the shower, when I mentioned this to staff upon checkout they offered me a complimentary coffee, honestly if the shower which is supposed to be cleaned regularly had mould I didn't trust the cleanliness of their coffee machine! Over $265 for one night, I'd expect a clean shower.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Adelaide, and overall, it was a decent experience. The rooms were comfortable, but I couldn't shake the feeling that they were a bit dated - a little sprucing up wouldn't hurt. On the bright side, the location is pretty convenient, especially being close to Chinatown, which made exploring the city a breeze. However, I have to mention that the beers at the bar were on the pricey side, which was a bit of a downer. So, three stars it is - not perfect, but definitely not bad either.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the friendly staff. The check-in process was seamless, and I was delighted to find my room impeccably clean and well-appointed.

The hotel's amenities exceeded my expectations. The fitness center was modern and well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, each prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail.

The highlight of my stay, however, was the unparalleled level of service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met, from arranging transportation to offering local recommendations for dining and sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I can't wait to return!"

We started off our holiday staying at the Hilton Adelaide. We were so disappointed, we had a king bed but only a queen quilt, the pillows were feather and very uncomfortable. There were no spare blankets or pillows, no bowls or plates, no toaster nor cutlery. The rooms are small for the money you have to pay. However, the staff were very friendly.

Have stayed a few times. Fantastic amenities, location and service. Rooms were good, but the real star is the hotel gym and location near the tram and central market. Was a tad loud due to nearby construction.

My initial room had a horrible smell eminating from the bathroom. Upon inspection, there were chunks of throwup in the tub from a previous guest that was not properly cleaned. I contacted the front desk, and they moved me to a new room. The new room has a leaky faucet, resulting in pools of water forming on the bathroom floor. The water kettle smells like vinegar, rendering it unusable. I notified the front desk of these issues on the morning of day 2, and they said they would have maintenance fix the items while I was out for the day. Upon returning this evening, I came back to a room where neither of the issues was addressed. This hotel is a disaster. It shouldn't be part of the Hilton brand. It's a low-end nightmare. The food here is also quite disgusting. The pizza I ordered was completely soggy in the middle, and the milkshake was just chocolate milk, as it was completely melted.

You can't really beat the location of this hotel really, but the rooms are very small and the shower stalls were so tight it was difficult not to run into walls and fixtures and I'm only 160cm! Service was acceptable but nothing special, parking is a mild nightmare down the street, good luck with the machines to process your discount.

Wonderful service! Very attentive in the best ways. ??'? The design and feel of the venue is aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. Food was delicious and catered well to our table's dietry requirements.

Clean and comfortable hotel nestled next to Chinatown and the Central Market. Executive lounge located on floor 16 offering small breakfast and canapés at night. Service was great. Front desk staff quick to respond to requests. Rooms clean with standard and slightly dated decor. Good sized gym located on second floor open 24/7.

Hotel situated at the city centre and next to Adelaide Market, hence it is very easy to get around for lunch and dinner. The room is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great, you can make your own juice, and sometimes, they serve lamb chops. All in all, I am satisfied with the hotel conditions and services.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. The rooms are a little older but we were lucky to get an executive room and it was huge, very clean and extremely quiet, plus we could open the windows to get some fresh air. The location is excellent, right next to the Central Markets where we ate most meals! Right opposite the tram and easy walk to everything. Staff were incredibly helpful and service was always excellent.

Music festival in the hotel with the base reverberating up through the lower level floors well into the evening. As an HH Diamond member with a profile requesting high floor away from elevators, who booked well in advance, I shouldn't even be put on the lowest possible floor right next to the elevators. Hotel is older and ready for an upgrade. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic. While I realize that this is a business who's goal is to make money, as a guest, this should never be apparent to me. I should feel like the goal of the hotel is to be a home away from home with a quiet and comfortable experience.

Poor value for money. I have stayed at the Hilton Adelaide twice now and I would highly suggest you be aware of the fact that some rooms have been updated and some are VERY out of date. The out of date rooms are not worth the money paid. The hotel itself is nice and the staff are friendly. There's an outdoor pool with a hot tub and a nice gym. There is a tennis court as well. The restaurant and bar are standard and clean. However, all of this doesn't make up for the poor quality of the outdated rooms you might get. My most recent stay left me never wanting to stay here again. My room was on the third floor and doesn't appear to have been refreshed in 15-20 years. The television was on a very small stand practically on the floor, the bath tub is stained and dingy and not one I would take a bath in, and the shower head kept falling down while trying to shower. All in all it was not worth the price paid. Hilton is a trusted brand that generally provides a decent atmosphere with quality rooms. It is unfortunate that the poor quality of some of its guest rooms do not need the standard one would expect of a Hilton property. Beware.

It's a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the room was very good and the food was great. However the staff that allocate tables at breakfast need to be more tentative and have a proper system. Four of us went to have breakfast and we were shown a table of 4. By the time we came back to our table with breakfast, two other people had already occupied our table. They said the staff had directed them to that table. So the same table was given to two sets of people.

A fabulous stay with the Hilton for 5 days while visiting Adelaide. Perfect city location, with a tram stop literally across the road, and bus stops a little further up. The staff team were so friendly, and the breakfast buffet had so many options that were traditional, vegetarian and vegan friendly. The executive lounge was a lovely way to enjoy some pre dinner drinks in a quiet area - although it can be a little uncomfortable when there are children being mischievous there (I never understood how bringing children to alcohol serving places was wise, however I digress).

The service was exceptional, and the amenities were lovely. A good hotel, certainly in keeping with the Hilton brand.

We will certainly be back.

Seamless from arrival to leaving. Spent a week here and from the time we arrived to when we left it was an experience that the Hilton is known for. Staff, service, food, wines were well above standard, and all at reasonable prices. A great central location and easy to get to and from!! Well done Hilton Group.

We had requested an extra bed and when we arrived we were told that the bed was already in the room, but when we went up to the room, it wasn't there and we had to call them again and let them know.
The food at the breakfast buffet was good and the rooms were fine but some parts of the hotel looked dated (Level 2 toilets etc).
Other than that it was pretty good and we had a good view from our room.

Staff were friendly, and had good knowledge of the local area. I think Mitchell was the person who checked us in if I recall the name correctly, he was friendly and helpful.
The hotel has plenty of connectable (double) rooms available which is handy for larger groups.
The room was clean and inviting.
The bed was overall comfortable, pillows were good too. Except if you have single beds, the mattress is too big for the bed frame and overhangs on the side.

I believe our room was one of the ones that had been renovated at some stage so it was more modern, however
some of the room fittings were worn or damaged, but were functional.

Large assortment of complimentary teas/coffee/hot chocolate was good too.

The restaurant was good for breakfast, not so much for dinner as it was a very upmarket limited menu. Lucky there's some good restaurants nearby.

Overall, pretty good, probably the best (or one of) in Adelaide.

Hilton Adelaide is an absolutely sensational place to call home when you're away from your own! The staff here are beyond exceptional, from bar, to restaurant, front desk, cleaning and reservations. The breakfast will leave you incredibly satisfied, with a huge offering - the TV's are equipped with chrome cast so you won't miss the latest episode of whatever you're up to, the beds are phenomenally comfortable and you couldn't ask for a better location in Adelaide. The theatre is a short walk down the road for the shows, the gardens not far at all and you're right opposite the big central green part of Adelaide. Stay here, stay Hilton - you won't regret it!

It was amazing! The room was so spacious, it had a stunning view and it was extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable also. Everything was easily accessible within the hotel and it was close to lots of places to visit aswell. The buffet breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from! So yummy. The hotel staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back!

A great hotel experience. The staff and service were extremely helpful (5 stars for sure), a special mention to Sasha who was exceptional and was very kind to help us on our big day. The rooms were on the smaller side but very clean. Overall the building is not the most modern, but facilities wise, they had a very decent gym, outdoor pool on level 2 and an outdoor tennis court on level 3 (with a running track around it - though running around the city would make much more sense). Located in the heart of Adelaide, it's right next to Chinatown and the tram stop in front pretty much takes you to all the main areas of Adelaide.

Rooms are tired and are in a desperate need of renovation. Windows are super thin, you will hear everything happening on the street. During festival this could be a nightmare. Bet for higher floors as it might be quieter.
Service is great, people are nice and eager to help.
Good location for sightseeing tours, they usually start and stop right next to the hotel. The nearest convenience shop (Coles) has a limited working hours and will be closed permanently soon. There are some shops in a China Town a block or two away.
Area is much loved by homeless people, but they are generally peaceful.
Right in front of the hotel tram runs to the beaches, you can go an catch an amazing sunset, mind it's not a short ride, plan ahead.

Clean with good facilities. Could do with rooms being upgraded. Friendly efficient staff. Great breakfast. Very good value for money. Wouldn't recommend the executive lounge as you only get 2 drinks voucher and a very small plate of canapes. And it's only wine or beer no spirits. Would stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️
