Nice work guys, I travel from the Eastern side of the city by bus for the Burger & Beer special, to only be faced with a very closed pub sporting a sign only saying "closed for renovations" no mention of an appropriate time frame, no updated info on Google or your website.

And absolutely no "sorry for the inconvenience" anyway. Well, you know what.... I'm thoroughly inconvenienced.

somewhat old school but with character and good ambience. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a great meal, prices reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Mum and I had the Ricotta and Beetroot gnocchi but there was no taste of beetroot. The serving was small, more that of an entree and the overall taste was oily. No crisp beetroot tuille either. Very underwhelming.
A shame because the last time we went there the food was better but we did not enjoy this time.

This place is a gem! Love the layout, beautiful! We had a large booking at Xmas time. Food and service was excellent and way above average, with a great variety to choose from. The staff are so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our night great!! Highly recommend Thanks Benji!!

Great night out, staff were excellent they accommodated our needs the whole night, our friends 50th Havana night, great place to celebrate a birthday. Was very happy with the service. Thank you Matt and other staff. They worked very hard. You all get 2 ??'???'? up for the night. Anyone looking for a great birthday experience have it at Benjamin on Franklin.

Classic Aussie pub with stocked bar and traditional meals - I had the bangers and mash. Good service. Pokies and VIP room next door to restaurant.

Booked for Xmas dinner as a group. Was hurried up to order. Was told we couldn't order cocktails as staff did not want to have to stay late. Started tidying and cleaning up around us. Did not feel welcomed at all.

Absolutely disgraceful.
A reunion was organised at this hotel, some of the people didn't show up. The organiser of the event was told that he had to pay for their meals even though they didn't attend, then he was told he couldn't have the meals to take home as they would go bad.
Pretty poor treatment from the staff.
Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

We sat in one of the cosy rooms and had wonderful pub meals! The service was efficient and friendly, the food fresh and well presented, taste was as expected. The pub itself is fresh, clean, with rooms decorated to make your event perfect. Bathrooms are clean, parking is avaliable, book ahead!

The staff are wonderful. Isiah is the manager and treats you like family. This is our local and we love the way your treated. Musical bingo is awesome. Food is good. Enzo is the chef. Great live bands.

The service was outstanding at this pub. Very helpful and social with all customers we noticed and being visitors from Sydney we were made to feel special.
Outdoor and indoor seating options and we decided to sit out in the beer garden where the NRL was playing on a widescreen TV - very happy about that.
Ordered a share plate of food for dinner which was more than enough.

Bought the eye fillet steak, cost $38. It was tough as leather boots. Mentioned it to the bar attendant and she so kindly offered me fries in replacement of it. As if fries cost $38. Very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend this place at all, they couldnt get rid of us quicker enough. But happy to take our money.

Thank you to Isiah and the team for helping host a successful 50th birthday upstairs in the Boston Room. Granted everyone was on the balcony, taking in the warm night and watching the lights of Adelaide, but it really made for a wonderful party. The bar staff were professional and accommodating. Thank you!

This is one of my locals, honestly such a good vibe.

The staff are always so kind and willing to help, the place itself is clean and quite hip, I'm yet to eat the food there but I've heard it's great!

Fantastic local pub. Food is delicious and they're always willing to work with our challenging allergies. We also had a 21st here in November and they're not only great to deal with, but the venue itself just has a cool, funky city vibe.
Would definitely recommend for a beer or a function.

There is always something for everyone on the menu. Honest prices for good food.

Great bar on the city fringe. Absolutely love the crystal ceiling art instalment / lights - amazing. Hundreds if not thousands of crystal glasses hanging from the ceiling in a wave patter - $38k worth. The service is first class with various rooms and a large rear courtyard area. A great pub with great ambience and food.

We recently hosted our engagement party in the beer garden and could not recommend this venue enough! nStaff were so friendly and professional. They helped us throughout the night and were very accommodating. nEveryone enjoyed the food and the selection of drinks was great. The beer garden looked amazing and our guests commented on how perfect the space was for the event. nThank you so much for helping us create a memorable night! :)
