Got upgraded to a room with balcony. Was nice, aircon wasn't very cold and couldn't adjust felt like it was warm. But was able to open the window. Beds were pretty poor and wheels didn't lock so bed moved around. Was saved by the room upgrade.

Great location, clean, stylish! Lovely balcony and in-house facilities including a coffee pod machine. Beds and pillows very comfortable! Great customer service! Highly recommend! Also loved the complimentary gowns and slippers!

Rooms had absolutely no natural light; the window was frosted over with a brick wall behind it. The carpets were very old, the bathroom was extremely dated, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I would expect to pay $50 per night for this type of room. I am sure Accor will say that we are renovating the rooms, but these rooms should not even be given to customers or at the very least, heavily discounted. Will never stay here again - renovated or not. On a positive note - the staff were great.

The room was clean, had almost everything we could have needed. The location was absolutely perfect, right across the road from where we needed to be, but also close to everything we needed, shops were a short walk away, pubs all around, tram stop out the front. Turn down service was excellent and staff were so friendly. They let us check in hours early without charge due to the room being already ready. The continental breakfast was just what we needed as well. We will definitely stay here again.

From an amazing check in with Hassan to a fantastic checkout everything in between was excellent. We got parking at the hotel all staff helpful and friendly. Rooms may have some "character" it was extremely clean and our basic room was large plenty of space down side of bed both sides. Very quiet on second floor No strange smells, Didn't have to squeeze or wait for husband to pass before I could move. Decent wardrobe and drawer space, have had to live out of suitcases in more modern hotels because they have no or limited hanger space or any drawers. Style over function but not here.Bathroom elderly but very clean, good size shower and water pressure toiletries very nice. Room warm even on some very cold wet nights no added heaters or blankets required. We had seen that some rooms had windows that where tinted and no view this was our room guess when built views weren't a priority. That said it meant a good lie in on a morning. Have stayed in rooms were view was straight into office buildings or other rooms so not a disaster for us, could have upgraded but we didn't want to. Excellent value, location, cleanliness and staff what else do you really need. Is she mature yes but this is a very clean hotel. Could recommend to anyone. Will absolutely stay again
