Unfortunately I can\'t rate the meal as after just over an hour our meals hadn\'t arrived and we needed to leave. Yes, it was busy but they expected it to be busy, they even asked if we were going to the show! Meals were coming out extremely slow, bar staff not particularly friendly either. If you don\'t have the ability to treat customers with respect and courtesy maybe it\'s not the job for you. Extremely disappointing 😞

Great steakworks burger, steak was cooked beautifully. My wife had Chicken,Bacon n Avo, cooked beautifully, chicken was tender.
Will definitely come back when next in Bundaberg ??'?. Staff is friendly

My husband and myself have been coming at Metro hotel Bundaberg since 2016, way back then when the lunch specials were like $12. All I can say is that their meals never dissapoints. Best service, well priced, delicious and excellent service. We recommended Metro hotel to any of our relatives who visits Bundaberg whenever they ask which is to go to place for the best pub meals 🙂

Waited an hour for our meal. When it came out it was below average, i think theyd forgotten our order and then quickly whipped up some cut up bbq chicken and put it on a piece of toast served with bacon, avo and a side of sweet potato fries
