All of the meals in our celebrations were great. Decent sized meals that tasted flavoursome. The staff were lovely, fun and attentive. No complaints at all. Thank you and well done.
I wouldn't eat such a big meal usually but was so good !

Brisket burger was a 4/5. But reason to leave the review was due to the young waitress (didn't catch her name, (had piercings)) on 10/8/24 at around 1:00pm. The service she provided us was terrific, from welcoming us at the front, walking us to our seat to delivering our meals. All encounters with this staff member was met with a friendly smile and a welcoming, professional nature. 5/5 for her service alone. Thank you

I had a fantastic lunch at the club hotel. The pork belly burger was absolutely delicious. Our food came out fast and it was super fresh. The customer service was great, the staff made us feel so welcome they were all so friendly. We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing! The food was only bettered by the ridiculously great service! The team were all smiles and it really made the place outstanding! Can't wait to go again next time I am in town.

We had ribs - good pub fare, fall off the bones. The sides were decent too - fries and coleslaw. Service was relatively poor on the other hand. We never got the mayo we asked for, and one waitress removed my beer before I had time to finish it (there was more than just the bottom, it was visibly not finished). I was too surprised to say anything. Not a way to make customers feel welcome? It was not a busy night by any means, so I wouldn't blame it on rush hour. For steak lovers, they have a decent selection of butcher cuts. If you don't mind not being able to finish your beer I guess!

Travel a bit for work and this is a great regional pub. Great staff and food is great. Always go with big groups and always get the food right and all steaks cooked perfectly. If your in Bundy well worth a visit

I'm not sure what kind of witchcraft goes on in the kitchen, but the steaks are outrageously good as is the rest of the good on the plate. So good we came back for a second night running!!

Food is amazing. Seats are uncomfortable to very uncomfortable. When you respectfully give feedback about seats, manager rudely tells you that he likes them, basically, rejecting your feedback. The manager said "I prefer those seats". I'm not twisting your words. Sorry that you have such poor customer service skills sir.

Shout out to Roberto - great staff - great food - and THE BEST lunch salad ever tasted - it was huge and extremely reasonably priced !!!

Yum! Decided to stop by for Lunch. Oh my goodness Yummo! We shared a seafood basket it was fabulous. Lovely hot seafood ( 2 prawn cutlets, 2 calamari, 2 scollops, several small pieces of fish. All delicious! Lovely fresh salad with the most amazing salad dressing and to top it off a side of chips. Lovely family friendly atmosphere. Staff were happy and helpful. Meals served in a reasonable wait time! I'll be super happy to come back again. Clean tables, chairs and floors.

Customer service was great.
I ordered pork ribs.
I watched a pile of chips placed on a plate and slaw,then the ribs placed on top of the chips, then copious amounts of runny sauce poured over it.
The pork seemed like it had been braised, not much colour, fell off the colourless rib bones, not much taste in the meat. The chips were highly salted, and mostly soggy by the time I got my meal.
The sauce was ok, but quite thin, and so much of it the chips and slaw were swimming

What has happened to proper bbq pork ribs with the thick and delicious sauce

So dissatisfied. I ate the soft baby food pork and the few non soggy chips I could find. I didn't taste the slaw

Love this place, the Wagyu rump is outstanding as well as the sides. I couldn't get enough of the wings of the week, onion rings and even the zucchini chips ( I didn't think they would work they were delicious, I'm glad l was wrong). All the staff were great. Highly recommend.

The meals are large and super delicious. Check out the weekly facebook specials too. Outstanding service. We had dinner here Wednesday and Thursday because we were so happy with the food. Highly recommend, well worth it.

Had lunch today. Made welcome as soon as we arrived. We ordered reef and Bay. There was a good selection of quality seafood and cooked perfectly. Twice during our meal were asked if all was OK. Service was very good and friendly. I made compliments to the chef and it was actually passed on. Will be back, highly recommended.

I'm saying the meals here at the club hotel are quite possibly the best counter meals is Queensland, I'd go as far as saying best on the Eastern seaboard.

Good local pub. We came here for a drink and there was a good range of tap drinks, prices were reasonable and service was good. The outdoor beer garden area is quite nice but there is also a few other drinking areas so it gives you some different options as to where you want to have a drink.

I held my 1920's themed birthday party in the function room upstairs. Rodney and the team worked with me to accommodate all of my wishes. The meals were delicious and the finger food platters were 5 star. All of the staff were friendly and professional.

Wandered in to open doors to the public bar to be greeted by a completely rude barman who couldn't be bothered to answer if we could have a drink or where the toilets were. He shunted us from the bar and made it very clear we could only sit at a different table until meals were served. That's not a problem with us but by gosh mate some clearly out of towners wander in for a beer you should get off your phone, say hello, smile and at least try to make your workplace a semi happy place to be. The best part of it was watching the band warm up, shame we didn't feel welcome enough to stay and enjoy the show.

Visited with 4 adults and 4 children 24th January while on visit to the area. The food was absolutely fantastic and the service and staff were great. The menu was extensive and we had trouble making a decision as to what to choose. We all loved what we picked and the younger ones even got their favourite 'dinosaur' nuggets. We all agreed best meal all trip and to return again next evening. Let my head go and ordered a coffee martini, topped off a great evening. Congratulations to Chef, staff and management.

We were really impressed with the Club Hotel, the efficient and friendly staff and great service we came back the next day. The food was amazing. We would recommend it to everyone when visiting Bundaberg.

My eye fillet steak was very tender and cooked to perfection. This was the best steak I've had in a long time. Coupled with good service, it's 5 stars from me.

As a person who can only eat certain foods re allergies, they really catered to my needs. I simply had chicken, carrot, cauliflower and sweet potato fries and the meal was huge. It was nice to be heard and not excluded for what I can't eat. Such an awesome experience which is rare when eating out.

Great venue with fantastic (and well-priced) food options, including a great vegan menu! Have frequented the Club Hotel and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!!

Came here because I remembered how good the feed was last time I was in town (2 years ago). Must say it was just as good - if not better - than last time. Service was great too. Will definitely eat here again and am more than happy to recommend it to anyone looking for lunch or dinner in Bundaberg. The menu has something for everyone - it even has a vegan menu.

Fantastic vegan menu. nMy family and I have visited the club a number of times now and every time we leave well fed and very happy. Everything we have tried from the vegan menu has been delicious, the kitchen are more than happy to create kids versions of anything on the vegan menu, this equals happy kiddos and relaxed parents. Five stars.
