I was there yesterday for Lunch , and we chose the Chinese food, I had chicken sweet sauer with fried Rice, for $16.90. The portion was so small not even 10 pieces off chicken was on the plate, very disappointed, I spoke to the service person nothing came back, never again.

So disappointed that the best Asian Restaurant in Bundaberg Eddie Lee is closed! The best food and service ever. Was going to eat at the bistro and we were the only ones there, but stood at the counter to order for 5 minutes while the staff ignored us so we opted to leave and will never return. Customer service nil!!!! Rudeness 100%!

Most disappointed with the service .Have been told by bar staff that we are charged 7 50 dollars per schooner of mid strength beer,but others are only being charged 5.00 dollars. Not happy, will not go back.Paid for membership and not being treated as a member.

Sunday is roast night. Love the food. It's the right portion to price paid! Staff even remember how my kid likes no gravy for his meal, which is very nice!

Today is my birthday and I choose to go to the hidden Dragon restaurant,and I do not regret one bit.The customer severvice was exceptional...without even asking they served me mochi with a candel and sung happy birthday,which touched my heart.Thank you to Tracey and all kitchen staff for making my birthday truly amazing. Also food was amazing as always 😋.100% recommend.thank you

Had a wonderful Sunday afternoon bopping along to the band Sounds Untold, which the club provided with no cover charge. This band are fantastic and we will come back next time they are playing at the club.
My lunch was the Pork roast of the day and I have to say it was very underwhelming. The meat was tough and everything on my plate, including the gravy, was cold.
Next time we visit we will try the Chinese restaurant.

Fantastic friendly service and great food, we head a great afternoon

The asian restaurant and bistro are very good. Cakes and coffee expensive. The restaurant is very fresh looking, unfortunately the rest of the club is still locked in the 60s era. Old and no real sports bar to watch sport on big screens. No up to date info on whats happening at this club.

Took friends there for dinner..they got one order totally wrong plus carrots were almost raw..then dessert well..4 apple pies were ordered no can't do that we only have 2 so asked about the others no we don't have them but you can have a choice of cake and ice cream or have your money back. .not impressed

A good little suburban sports club. We visited the club to listen to some live music and found it to be fine. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and the drinks at the bar are very reasonably priced. We had lunch from the club kitchen here on the day that we visited, and found the food to be ok and standard pub type fare. The facilities seemed to be well kept and clean. There was also a range of gaming machines to try your luck on, if you are feeling lucky. Overall, a good place to spend some time, sitting with friends and having some food and beverages.

We visited for the first time last night. We mainly went to the new Chinese restaurant there.
I have to say this was a real surprise.
Eddielee South East Asian Cuisine was excellent. They have been open for just 3 months and are a hidden gem.
The menu is very authentic, and I have to say the club itself has some very fair wine prices.
All in all, We could not fault this venue.

New Years Eve 2023 .What a great night. Diamonds in the Rough kept us entertained and moving and grooving.!!!
Staff were great, in their fancy dress creating a great atmosphere.
There is entertainment there most Friday nights. Meals are good, so do yourself a favour, get out of your rut and treat yourself !!!

Great staff really nice food was great

Second time there trying to support a community and smaller sized business. However, shall not be returning and informing friends about the place. Needs a thorough review of customer service, staff presentation, and management supervision. Stained lined table clothes from previous day service. Chinese food was cold with very small portions. Bar service was given wrong sized glasses and charged for larger sized drink. Just to mention a few irregularities.

Chinese resturant lost its touch :( used to be my favourite... 3 times been let down now.

Little building holding lots of surprises inside. Whether it is a coffee and cafe, few drinks with mates or a lunch or dinner meal they have got you covered. Highly recommended. Great food, wonderful staff. Don't be afraid to check out the specials , you won't be disappointed.

The customer service during lunch was unfriendly. I watched the staff member drop tongs at the buffet, wipe them on her shirt then put them back! Disgusting! Price has gone up and less serving size. The fried rice was burnt and food not fresh. Won't be going back.

The Chinese food here is really good. They also have cheap roasts and other food everyday. Great little bowels club too.

Great club fabulous raffles. Meals and enormous freindly service.

Had a great afternoon catching up with friends. Had a few beers and bets.
Had a terrific Chinese meal to finish off.
Well looked after and service was great.

This is a great venue, small local great atmosphere, steak night Thursday night fantastic!

Can't beat this venue for value and friendliness. The food was great and portions were a good size. Will definately return.

It was a pitt stop car look good Everyone was getting out of the rain, or some days the Heat.

I've eaten here before and had roast which was very ordinary but today we had Chinese and it was seriously good! Absolutely beautiful. And the toffee banana with ice cream was to die for.

Lunch specials excellent. Easy parking. Relaxed atmosphere.

We had takeaway from hidden palace, great food, generous serves and great service. Prices are about same or slightly cheaper than elsewhere. Would not hesitate to recommending this venue. Also the Guinness is cheaper

The food at the Palace Chinese Restaurant was below average. We had a foreign HAIR in food and told the staff, gave them back the hair crom our meal and didn't receive an apology. Not GOOD.
