Service here tonight was wonderful. Staff more than happy to answer questions about menu items & when there was a mix up with bottle of wine purchased, it was quickly and professionally fixed... all with genuine smiles and eye contact. So refreshing to be treated as an individual and not just a number!! Welcoming atmosphere. Thank you.

Absoulety great service, food, atmosphere, couldn't have been happier. Had a very enjoyable night, thank you to the staff and kitchen staff for a memorable night with family. Would recommend the Tavern for a great dining experience, 10/10 thanks guys

Had supreme pizza and meat lovers. They were solid and tasty. Nothing special but good holiday fare for a family. Pizza base was standard quality. They don't make the dough by hand or anything.

Brought family here for lunch the meals were very ordinary, seafood platter frozen seafood and uncooked calamari. Had to ask several times for utensils, wouldn't return or recommend to be honest .

Friendly welcoming staff with efficient, helpful service when ordering meals and drinks. Large menu with multiple options available. Expected more fresh seafood rather than frozen. The outdoor seating area was great for the larger group. Unfortunately, the mozzies sent us home earlier than we were planning on.
Overall, it was a great venue

Really Laytham10!!!!!! MOORE PARK Tavern is a genuine hospitality venue that has great food and real people. Your review has zero credibility and 99% of reviewers would back me on this. We live on the Sunny Coast and this is our Go To Pub, when we Visit Moore Park Beach.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Meals were lovely and reasonable prices and great atmosphere. To the lovely lady driving the courtesy bus thank you.

Great outside area, food is nice. Very limited meal times, even on weekends. Some great staff, some not so great. A decent mix of beers on tap. Exceptional prices.

Cosy, clean and comfortable cabins with enough cookware to survive a short stay.

Went for dinner, food and service were great. Staff were really nice. However father in law tripped in carpark, no lights at all. Very dark, very dangerous. Good night but not a great finish. Please replace bulbs or turn on your outside lights. Saturday night 9pm.

Very friendly staff and accommodating, food was pretty good. Pub was clean and staff kept tables hygienic. Good family area out the back with kids entertained.

Had our New Year's Eve dinner here , we found the food was of a high standard, our table had a variety of choices from a well presented menu and a pub standard wine list, draught beer is on tap.
The pubs courtesy bus picked us up on time, the staff were very friendly and the service from the kitchen was pretty good.

First time I have been to this pub and I thought the food was quite good. The steak was very tender but was medium rather than rare. Drinks are very reasonable and service was good and friendly.

This is a lovely tavern with a great outdoors area which includes a children's playground. We visited on a Tuesday after QLD holidays finished and it was very quiet but staff said it can vary day to day. We had lunch and it was huge. Two of our party had crumbed steak and they were huge. Another had the crumbed fish and that was just as big. The chicken and bacon wrap was just as good. The service was fantastic. The woman behind the counter who took our order was lovely (sadly I did not get her name). Would highly recommend a visit and a meal at this tavern.

Food was great and service was pleasant.
Meal sizes generous, I had the beef cheeks and would have them again, my wife had ceaser salad and that was the best as well.
Olive Pizza starter was to die for and way to big but we were able to take home a doggy bag.

Thank you Jo and all the staff from the Hervey Bay Orchid Society for our wonderful lunch experience on Saturday. Great variety of food, well prepared and wonderful service. It is not easy to feed 50+ people in a short time. Congrats and well done. We will be back.

Opened a tad late..but not a bad little pub ?

Try the Reef Fish with a calamari topper and the Macadamia and parmesan crusted chicken. Both are to die for. Staff are lovely and if you're lucky you may find Princess hanging out while her rider stops for a coldie.

Generous portions and a week cooked and tender chicken schnitzel. The service and staff interactions however could definitely improve.

Great meals. Oysters for starters. For mains we had fish coated with almonds and coconuts. Yum. Service was exceptional - our waitress couldn't do enough for us.

Had the Crusted Reef Fish tonight and the crumble was to die for! The seafood is always on point. The staff was so friendly and inviting. Overall one of the best experiences I've had, would recommend to anyone and everyone!! P. S can I get the resipe for the crumble??

The food at MPBT is always better every time I go. The salad dressing is a top, always getting a small extra side tub for my food. Specials always chosen and made to perfection. Would recommend

Unfortunately not a great experience today. Whilst trying to be served I had one of the women who I would think was in-charge going off at the young man who was trying to serve me. Then we got half our order 45 mins earlier than the second half. When I went to go see where the other 2 meals were the person serving was going to check when the other lady rudely came out of the kitchen and told him 'if you looked in the kitchen you would see it's right there'.The food was not great either. Fish was soggy, seafood not fresh, salad dressing that tasted off.

Had lunch there today, will never go back.Women in restaurant who seemed to be running the place was not welcoming nor did she speak directly to us, spoke rudely to the male staff member. No buzzers available so we had a table number, were told our meals would be brought out to our table which 1 kids meal and 2 entrees were but after waiting approximately 45 minutes, we went and asked where our other 2 meals were and were told rudely by female staff member "you have to come get them", the meals were sitting under a heat light. I ordered the coconut fish crumble, the crumble was soggy. The seafood basket was $21, seafood was not fresh and I asked to not have salad on the side but it still came with it, dressing tasted like sour milk.Kids chicken was great though.
