It is a lovely venue with excellent meals, BUT the music was too loud, spoiling our time there. We had difficulty having a conversation at the table with only three people. We would like to go again but wouldn't stay if the music was loud!

Very nice club and the food was excellent. I had a chicken parma and it was so big it was hanging over the side of the plate, it was also great tasting and tender. The prices were very reasonable and they also offered a small version of the meal which my wife had. It wasn't busy and the place had a lovely ambience. Would recommend it for a good feed.

Excellent venue and atmosphere is great. Meals are big and wholesome and a great selection. Full bar too.

Absolutely amazing!! We had kids and wanted to be close to the playground. Literally sitting and watching the kids play whilst having a nice relaxing lunch. Highly recommend with kids! Fantastic venue. Heaps of parking too and easy to find!!

ordered the vegan salad which comes with orange and strawberry, and they just cut the orange slice in half and the strawberries in quarters so it is not tossed through, just placed on top (feedback - please cut the skin off the oranges and the green off the strawberries next time) orange skin and the green part of a strawberry is not edible - everything you put on a plate should be edible :) Nobody wants to use their hands to pick up a slice of orange in their salad that should just be diced up and tossed through. :)

The 5 star review says it all, but OMG the food here is AMAZING! I was so impressed with the thai beef salad, the meat was so tender and all the flavours worked really well together! I look forward to coming here all the time! Also the renovations look amazing! Can't wait to see the final result!

Have been there a few times - good food, great value, helpful staff - but the new renovations are disappointing. The noise from the large screen constantly playing sport is very loud and intrusive making the restaurant experience uncomfortable. If you like sport: go there; if not, stay away.

Return visit to CSI club , it was absolutely packed several hundred people booked in for show as we did . Food was good , but just not as good as previous visits ! It was not the catering staff fault as the huge numbers of patrons was non stop . So it would have been difficult to keep up the pace .Show was excellent , bar queue was about ten or more people long ! Felt , with these number extra bar staff should be on ! Children's play area is good , but since things changed around didn't feel as safe ..Staff were friendly , helpful although rushed of their feet . Photo attached .. Someone turned 60, so we celebrated with family at the CSi club 21st Saturday, 2023. From the minute we arrived to the time we left, I must say the staff were absolutely awesome and helpful. One of the staff members came up to me and asked me if I'd like her to take a group picture while the other staff members brought the cake out and they sang happy birthday with us. Staff always make you feel welcome. We always spend our bdays here because it's a great atmosphere, and kid friendly.
Thank you to the staff members for making it a pleasant visit. food is always great. Always highly recommend CSi club. 😊

I hired out the Pink Gin Garden for a book launch event last week. Caz was absolutely wonderful in helping me plan this and ensured I had everything I needed. She was incredibly welcoming and very enthusiastic about the event.
The night was even better than I hoped for, with a lot of positive feedback from my guests.
Another staff member, Calvin was so lovely and incredibly helpful on the night.

Member 6756, have been a member of the club for a lot of years.
The food is expensive and very pour quality.
The steak in the pic is an $32 eye filet which was not able to be cut with a steak knife.
What happen to this place.
Obliviously bad management.

Great playground for the kids, food was good and entertainment at 830 was also good.
The down side is the ordering of food was not confirmed, so I went to the counter to ask if my order was recieved, to have a no we don't have your order. To then recieved my order twice. A little disappointing for night.
Thank you to the gentleman doing the buggy in replacement for the lift.
We appreciate not having to walk the carport ramp.
Would recommend this location if in the area but order and pay at the counter.

Enjoyed a lovely meal here last saturday night & the food was cooked to perfection.
The decor of the entire club was super modern even the restrooms were done very nicely.
Bar service was affordable, prompt & it was nice to have our drinks in nice glassware.
Poker machine area is lovely & spaciously set out with modern up to date machines.
To be honest if i could give you 10 stars i
would.
Our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our visit & will be back 😉

The Steak in the Wagyu steak sandwich was overcooked so very tough. The Prawn & Chilli Pizza however was delicious.

The club looks lovely, friendly service. Great to be able to play pool with the teenagers in a safe and relaxing environment.

Family orientated club..kids play area..great food and prices , very clean , awesome atmosphere. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Free club parking.
If in the Gold Coast highly recommend

We went there for lunch yesterday with my work crew and the lunch was just fabulous. We ordered the peri peri burgers, salmon and steak. Everything was delicious. Hats off to Guru and his team. Will come back again :)

Great night out had by all of us. Didn't no this gem was here. Food was excellent, staff smile and look happy which is great to see. Plenty for children to do if you're looking for a family night out. There is something for everyone at CSI Club Southport. Live music was fantastic really good mix of music played by the band. Outdoor area for dining as well and it's a very nice atmosphere there as well. I think from memory there's even a membership for just 1 dollar and the rewards that come with it are more than worth it, we are there again this weekend and all plan to get the membership. I and my friends will most definitely be back to CSI Club Southport. Head on down it is a very good atmosphere.

We were a table of 6 and we arrived a hour late but grateful and happy to see our table was still reserved for us.
The bartenders were great to deal with and had good customer services, had a few laughs with them. Sat back at our table after ordering 4 rounds of drinks before our food finally arrived. Waited 45mins for our food which was pretty long for us, but in saying that absolutely worth the wait. We were so happy with our meals so compliments to the chef. AMAZING ! Overall the only downfall was the wait of the food otherwise the entertainment and food&beverages were great. I would come back here again and definatly recommend :)

Well laid out club for entertainment and food was tasty. We had a wedding reception there and recommend it with good bar and floor staff attending to us efficiently.

Great service. Love the Laneway for celebrations. Sports bar great to hangout with friends for drinks. Great feed and well priced.

Great little spot. Actually is not little at all.

Multiple bars, a epic gaming room, massive sports bar, outdoor area and playground for the kids it really does have it all.

Meals are great and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly.

Was really disappointed with the $39 steak and lobster for 2 even though I only paid $15 for it as I had a diamond member voucher, asked for chips it came with veg said something the response was that's how it comes but after my insistence was given soggy chips about 10, there was 1/2 of a small crayfish(not lobster) with about 60 grams of tough as leather flesh, the medium rare steak was medium and the plate full of grease and this was supposed to be for two, I have been a chef for 40years and I've received and cooked better staff meals than this, never again even if it's for free.

The renovations look great which were done a couple or so years ago - but it doesn't make up for the poor quality of food. One weekend it might be good then the next weekend it's cold and either over or under cooked It's just not consistent and that's a shame. I cannot fault the staff in the restaurant - Dakota and his team are professional and helpful and the staff serving the bar, Sally and the other staff who really shine there are amazing. I just wish something could be done to improve the standard of the food.

Average pub food. Great play area for kids. Very well priced and cleaner than the last time I was here. Reno's were the best thing for this place!

Attended the club on Sunday and enjoyed the entertainment.
Prior to leaving we had a meal.
I had the meat pizza which was OK. Although my wife had the pulled pork burger, which was soggy and had to be eaten with a knife and fork.!!!

Great to spend times with your family and friends also has a reception room for birthday parties that is good enough for kids with a play area

Always a great experience here. Great for the kids with all the play equipment. Happy service and food comes quickly. Food itself = delicious. One of our favourite places on the coast

Its the sleeping giant in Southport, great club to enjoy a relaxing drink while betting on the KENO, or have a meal and enjoy the entertainment with friends and family. Its a great place to be.

Dinner was great and came out fast for our big table but the best thing about the club was a worker named Winnie! She was such a hard worker! Loved our night out.

We went to this place and I couldn't believe there was hardly anybody there which wasn't the problem. We had to wait at the bar for ages until a staff member turned up. We circled the venue. I don't know where they all were. Nobody behind the bar. We signed up as members on arrival. My husbands card didn't work and nobody cared. Didn't want to replace it. Gave him a visitors card. The staff on said they didn't know how to do it. Then had to search the missing staff for a pay out. It wasn't a pleasant experience and will not be back. It looked like staff didn't want to be there and were not friendly. This was Friday evenings staff. Lucky to get one staff and that's fir cleanliness of the venue.

Bring back- ' beat the bookie ' ;- coffee machine, & loosing ticket barrel draw & snacks.. Clean & tidy, tables, facilities. Looks colourful, pretty good. Reasonable priced food & drinks. Run out of berries for gin cocktails.

The Club has its own multistorey car park with pedestrian entrance via a lift direct to the Club reception. The pizza I ate was well made and enough for two to share. Very reasonably priced, full bar service. Very spacious inside. If you live nearby the cheap annual membership is paid for with your first drink!! The usual gambling facilities exist. I recommend a visit.

Went for sunday Lunch.had the surf and turf medium rare. Steak a little over done. But Definitely No complaints. Excellent customer service by all staff. Very helpful and prompt.In addition Service made with a SMILE made all the difference. Will be highly recommending you. Very family orientated atmosphere. Amenities for children Total Kidzone available. Well thought out. Plenty of space. A staff member should be rostered made available to monitor children. It just makes it easier for parents to enjoy atmosphere also. Awesome. Will be back

Wouldn't recommend, food is average tasting and overpriced.Kids meals come a drink, either soft drink or juice in a cup with no lid or straw Staff aren't friendly to kids at all.My daughter slipped on the bench seat in the playground. Busted her nose and lip. I had no help from staff just customers. When walking out of the venue, a staff member says ouch!!I replied, yep I'm taking her to the hospital. And he walked off.Super helpful.... Not
