I went to The SouthPort Sharks for dinner and to watch a live band (Rush Hour on Friday night and R2 on Saturday night) on my Gold Coast trip. Was welcomed by the happy and friendly staff which I really appreciated.

The food and dessert from the all you can eat buffet was delicious and very filling.

Will definitely be revisiting in the future.

Here for the buffet 🤤 definitely come here with the kids sun/mon night as they eat free and selection is extensive considering the price. Pork crackle, roast beef for those gainz after and intensive workout ðŸ'ª

We always have a great time at the Sharks.
Whether it's a casual drink with friends or a family get together, we have always had a great experience. We celebrated a 21st recently in the Cabana area. It was well organised with a great selection of food and music which everyone commented on. It was such a relaxed atmosphere, that guests were comfortable enough to let their hair down and truly enjoy themselves.
The gaming area has a great selection of poker machines and an area to sit and relax and just play keno. I would highly recommend the Sharks for any occasion.

Went for lunch on Easter Sunday and they chargered 15% surcharge for a "public holiday" in which technically Easter Sunday is not a public holiday. - this is just to gain extra money.

Shredded ham was used on the petite chicken schnitzel (absolutely disgusting) portion size of the salad was disgusting absolutely appalling. Was not worth the $20.90 members or $24.90 for general. I don't know how they think they can charge this.

Would never go back. So so disgusting.
I wish I could get my money back definitely not worth it.

A great place to stay or enjoying your time at, they have a phenomenal buffet. They have a nice restaurant. The rooms are comfortable.
But they haven't returned the $100 deposit I paid yet, and they haven't told me that I should pay a deposit when I booked, so that took a star out of the rating.

Yesterday I went to Sharks Southport for the first time to have work experience in Hospitality and it blew my mind! It doesn't have a glamorous look from the road like usual clubs but what a clean, neat & tidy well maintained club it is from inside!
I thought it was for members only but it is Open to public!

I used to eat here as a child and it was always a pretty good feed.
Nothing has changed its even better 😊
Between the fantastic range of food that they have on the bar and the choices of juice,
And the staff members were very friendly I will definitely be returning here again for the buffet breakfast,
as it was a great experience.

Not a lot of on street parking but more than enough parking areas just off from here and including their own off street parking area.

The buffet was VERY busy even on a Monday - however each of the dishes I had for mains from the buffet were great!

The food was good but many of the dishes had no description of what they are. Many of the dishes i was told were spicy and i can't have spicy foods which makes choices for me limited. your remodel of the toilets look nice but are two small now for a person with a wheelchair or walker.

Went there for an event. Couldn't have been better. Food was great. Service was great too.

Last night we had the most wonderful experience by the French duty manager at the buffet. What a beautiful human being to be greeted with such warmth and incredible service when we only had 20 minutes till the buffet was to finish. We didn't catch his name but WOW what a superbly wonderful and memorable experience. Also the young lady at the cash register for the buffet was just as beautiful as she mentioned that because of the limited time we could order off a menu so we could get our money's worth. Not to end there but also to mention the lovely gentleman in the buffet serving area for ensuring we had a spare dish for our prawns. These three individuals surpassed the standards of excellence in customer service and just had to be publicly recognised. WOW! Thank you so much for a truly magnificent experience.

It was family Christmas at Southport Sharks!???- Thought id treat my kids to a Christmas dance and dinner out. Thank you sharks as this is our second year for Christmas buffet here with the LOL crew🥳???-??'?‍??'?‍??'? We had a great time! Also won some free bevys on the way out😂😅 can't drink it tonight bcos im driving but thank you for the goodies😁

In my opinion the food is not as good as it was years ago.
Prawns look good, but no ham available.
And wasn't told the drink cups were extra, so had to stand in line again while the kids waited for me.

Food is fair to average, but expected in a Buffet Setting.

Little freebies such as beer or softdrinks which are on offer in a door prize scenario.

If your not a Member, it's cheaper to pay $5 for a 12month Membership, which Takes $10 off the Buffet Price.
All in all not too bad.......Don't forget to check the Sharks out in the Massive fish tank at the Entry!

The aviary on the top floor is where it's at.

Half price food on Wednesday nights. I can't imagine going anywhere else on wednesdays.

Cocktail/mock tail menu is also quite interesting!

Great place to watch a game and to eat. As a member you get a discount. The service is very friendly. We'll come again. We recommend this place.

Sharks sharks sharks, what a great club. Conference venue, pokies, buffet dinner and ala carte menus on offer. Cocktail bar and lounge with dance floor. There are ATM's on site with massive shark tanks. :). Wheelchair friendly. Even Fin's wine cellar on site for the decerning connoisseur. Kids play area. Keno bingo. MANTRA accommodation adjacent to the club for overnight stays. Oh yes, did I mention there is even a pitch to watch the Sharks AFL games? It's a great day out. A must visit.

Seriously what an amazing place to stay, eat and gym. Every single staff member we met was so friendly and the food was great.

The Buffet is AMAZING. Massive selection of food, the dessert bar was by far the best and biggest range I've ever seen. I'm sad that we only were on holidays and can't come back until our next holiday

I've been a regular member for this club at Thursday night because of karaoke. I love it and having so much fun. The live entertainment is amazing. It's always fun to dance and sing along. And only bad thing is there are not much variety in the bistro and the food are very horrible. Also the buffet is very pricey, and it's not very nice. their breakfast is very bland.

Went to the Cabana Bar for drinks and dinner and it was LOVELY! Lighting was a bit dim when it became night time however still a lovely atmosphere, good music, yummy food and friendly staff. Beverages were reasonably priced too!

Great fun Friday night at the sharks . Great band on The Runes, playing a good range of music to dance too. Not nearly as busy as it used to be but still a great vibe for the night .Good value wine to drink, friendly staff , and great music. Worth a visit again.

So upset I've been coming here for 13 years come here today come here with some girl friends having a great time nearly ready to finish up at 3:30pm and to be be Told we are are to loud! And to drink water or be asked to leave By a duty manager I've never seen before!! In a very sparse venue we weren't swearing weren't drunk we were seated in a circle aged between 40-65 having a good time!!! We felt belittled and treated like we were a bunch of hooligans!

The overall experience was ok. But my steak was absolutely poor. I asked for medium and it was well done, the steak was lukewarm at best and dry and hard to chew, the pepper sauce was runny and horrible and the salad tasted so much of balsamic I could not eat it. The chips were the only thing that were edible. Definitely not a great first experience

Even with an umbrella we got soaking wet getting in from the car park. We understand that they can not control the weather, however even an undercover walkway would make a significant difference to the customer experience. Customer service at the check-in desk was friendly and efficient. Once inside the experience at the various outlets was poor.

Great club. Staff are all lovely. Especially Tracey on the front desk as you enter, wonderful smile and super helpful. My husband and I are so happy we joined.
Tasty meals and plenty of choice. Definitely something for everyone's taste. Will be returning often.

A while ago a had dinner here and it was inedible. I ended up in a drive through which was at least edible. Yesterday we went back because we were close by and it was a lot better. But the place was quiet empty so there was no excuse to see tables that were not clean, especially with the covid regulations in place.

What a great night of food, friends and entertainment. The Rush Hour band were excellent. Def recommend this venue for a great night out.

We went for dinner at sharks club last Saturday night i ordered 3 mains 2 kids meals my kids had chicken nuggets and chips - 1st problem there was 3 chicken and 3 fish nuggets my kids don't eat fish, so that's cool gave it back they made new ones all good, New bowl comes out with salad there was 3 bugs Crawling in the salad nothing had been washed in the mix it made me feel sick ! i called manager over she said so sorry I will give you your money back $10 my meals where $136 , I do love the sharks club but first time back after cov19 has hit taken my family out for a good dinner and to get given that I am very disappointed:(

Food was good.Had the thickest chicken schnitzel I have ever seen.

Visit today for lunch, barramundi was terrible, dry looked like it had been frozen then recooked, and flesh was brown.everything else great.
