I love a good parmi, and their long island iced tea was strong

We have had lunch here for almost every one of our 28 days in Surfers Paradise. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. The food is awesome - exactly to our taste! There wasn't a day that we were disappointed and I managed to eat my way around the menu, while my partner stayed with the traditional dishes that his mother used to make!
The absolute superstars, however, are the staff, especially Sophia and Amanda in the bistro and Teegan behind the bar. Together, these people are amazing ambassadors for Hotel Pacific and should be treasured. I have lived in Europe, , USA and Asia, and never have I been met with such outstanding service. Thank you all so very much!

Garlic Prawn we tried last year was average, needs more seasoning. Besides, please use some real Jasmine Rice not the lighter substitute.

Fish Burger we have was crumbed and overcooked, so it was very hard & a bit burnt.

The food & drinks here was average. The interior look & view was Great.
Services quality varies between different staffs,the young lady was rude at the order counter but the other older ladies were with good Hospitality. And the front door area smelled smoky although the smoking area should be on another side🚬

Lovely friendly staff. Very clean and not too close to other patrons. Food was good. Good pub lunch!

Good food, friendly staff, some decent views of the broadwater. My preferred pub in the area.

Had lunch there and was very happy with the service. The staff don't get enough credit for dealing with rude and condescending customers. I was at the bar when 'Linda' ordered her wrap. Prue was off the clock and on her way out when she served Linda. Linda didn't like what they had on their menu and asked for a salad wrap, and is now complaining that she got a salad wrap? I'm sure there are bigger things to deal with than complain and compare salads??? Well done Prue and staff for putting up with the Lindas in the world. Our hospitality staff do t get treated with enough respect. Would definitely continue going there. Great prices too!

Wow, Go to put keno on and told me I don't have time to type in numbers, fill in the card. Then walks over and keeps chatting to work mates. Unbelievable
Food very bland

Thank you to the event manager looking after my sister and I after being treated so rudely by the bistro manager Justin. Ordered lunch and paid. But seems there was no trace only the person who took our orders and details. Still not good enough for Justin. He was so rude. Thank you to the venue manager for your help.

We go there regularly, as members of the STAR group we get discount on drinks and food.
Serves are generous.
Food is hot and tasty.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Recommend this hotel.
Only complaint I have is sometimes there is a live act, and it is a bit loud making conversation difficult.

Best steak ever! Never had a bad meal here. I've been coming for over a decade. Would highly recommend it. Very good staff too especially Prue.

Me and my daughter came in last Friday night for a meal and were greeted by I think her name was Kaela, She was absolutely amazing and super friendly and her attention to detail knowing the menu was an absolute treat especially when it came to helping decide what to have for dinner because not only was she helpful but made us feel right at home and catered to our evey need and especially being in the hospitality & events industry myself I couldn't have asked for anyone better she absolutely deserves a pay rise and more acknowledgement. ☺️Over all I love this place the food atmosphere and the price point was great too. Highly recommend it's a 10/10 from us. Thank you for a great experience!

A very handy place in Australia fair to meet friends for a meal and share a drink in a bright and friendly atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and there is a very handy seniors discount on meals, which by the way are always very tasty and of good size. For a bit of leisure, pokies and free coffee are there for your use.

Dropped in for dinner last night and completely blown away by the quality of the food. They have a pretty good choice of different schnitzels on the menu and the one's we ordered were amazing. Generous size, all the food was piping hot, crispy chips, yummy salad (not hot), it was fantastic. Going back next week to try a diff schnitty thanks to the job the kitchen did. Well done people.

Nice clean and tidy set up. Terrific customer service from the moment we entered, friendly staff throughout the evening and great quality meals for reasonable prices. We had the lamb roast, steak meal and the Dirty Birdie Chicken schnitzel meal, all amazing. Definitely returning again soon and would highly recommend. Thank you😊

Came for a couple drinks with some friends a couple days ago and received nothing but attitude and poor customer service from Niki. Josh was amazing but unfortunately can't say the same about the rest.

Pretty disappointed with the Steak & Chips lunch time meals today, Medium rare steak was as tough as old leather. Chips were old and soggy just like the salad. When I spoke to the Shift manager about it she was apologetic but didn't come across as genuinely sincere

Fair price for Beers, Food was on point. Covid precautions were top notch. Would recommend for a family dinner out on the GC. Cheers.

Friendly and helpful staff. Our four steak meals were cooked exactly that we asked for. value for money.We will be back.

The restaurant and the bar are the wonderful place to dine in. Prices are moderate and the food potion is fair. Staff are friendly even patient with elder people. Full of good atmosphere after all.
