Had a great meal of Garlic Prawns, vegetable and salad bar great selection and delicious. Staff very obliging and efficient. Would definitely recommend. Will be back.

This was our new go to local pub Nice set out Not too crowded. Last night was our last time going there. Waited one hour 40 minutes for our pub meals. Upon asking how much longer we were told she would find out, we never did talk to her again. Only so many drinks you can drink while waiting for our meal as dui is not popular with the law. No one offered any apology, in fact we're sure to keep their distance even not collecting glasses or salad bar plates that we had been snacking on. Finally received our meals and they were ok nothing to rave about but pub standard What topped things off for us was upon leaving and complaining about time taken we were informed that they were busy and had too many orders. I stated that on a long weekend perhaps they needed to get more staff or lessen the bookings. Care factor a big zero no apologies at all. Glad we won't be there over Easter because we wouldn't be a meal at all in that busy time. Drink prices were not consistent either depending on the glass even though the same volume. Some businesses deserve bad feedback and this is one of them

We got here and placed an order at 6:30pm. It's now 8:11pm and no food yet. We are still 2 tables away before service. One guest has left. Thinking of leaving soon and buying a pizza. Absolutely shocking.

My first time coming here food was amazing! beautifully cooked I went the lamb with great value for your money with the vegetable bar and salad bar full of tasty dishes that are a meal on there own friendly service and speedy arrival of our meal with a great atmosphere watching the fish swim peacefully around there tank in the dining room I recommend coming here highly and feel you can't be disappointed

Good food. Prices a bit high. Salad bar very nice. No bread rolls. Friendly staff. Very quiet. We were the only diners in. An update. Tonight we visited. My Chicken Mignon and chips was stone motherless cold. Informed the waitress who did nothing to address the situation. Very disappointing. Have been coming here for years. Will not be coming again. Not because of the cold meal more, the non caring attitude of the staff.

Wow, the best crumb prawns we have had in years done to perfection and a very good-sized meal.The fish was an excellent meal as well. The selection of salads and vegetables was very good. Service was with a smile and friendly staff. We will be back again and will have no hesitation in telling others to dine out here. Very good value for money. Thanks to all the staff.

Another excellent classic Hotel in central Wallaroo, very nice friendly staff, has a large dinning room with a mural, has nice cosy gaming room with free coffee, menue is well priced with a good selection, nice front bar with good selection of beer and wine, good parking opposite Town Hall !!!

Beautiful country hotel complete with open fire on entry. Great meals in quiet surroundings. Would highly recommend this place.

Not only did we wait over an hour for our meals (with a 5mo baby) the food was terrible. I dont think we would have got our meals if we had not asked. The steak was overcooked fatty and dry. The lamb was not as what it was described on the menu. The chicken Mignon was nothing like it should be. For what we paid it was so so disappointing.....avoid having a meal here.

Great staff very friendly. The food was awesome roast pork veg and lots of crackle, my friend had fish and prawn combo and salad lots of prawns great fish salad was fresh and great variety. Great price. Recommend this place.

Service was tops, atmosphere was good too. The beer was perfect and the wine choices more than adequate and well priced.
Food, which was the main reason for the visit was good, honest pub food. Good range, well priced and nicely cooked. My rump was a tad bigger than I really needed so got a bit cold as I worked my way through, but it's probably order it again. Overall a good visit.
