They live up to their logo. Food is really good with portions substantial. Really nice atmosphere with different spaces. Parking is limited-at hotel and in street. You may have to wait a bit.

They also have great events on offer e.g. masterclass for Father's day.

In my opinion - this venue remains the pinnacle of steak dining in Brisbane 🏆

The service has improved since our last visit, with more attentive wait staff and meals now delivered to tables ðŸ'

Our group of friends decided to satisfy our steak cravings by visiting the bustling Norman hotel. If you plan on dining here, it's advisable to make a reservation, especially during the weekends when the place is packed. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a staff member.

There is a tempting selection of cuts on display, including the luxurious Wagyu. Each steak order came with a soft roll, a choice of two sides from their menu, and a selection of sauces. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, exactly how we requested. For a small fee, you can upgrade your sides or add a delicious topper to your meal. Additionally, the menu offers a variety of entrees, salads, and desserts to round out your dining experience.

To complement our meals, we had the option to order both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from the bar.

Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff at the Norman hotel were friendly and efficient, ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable.

It has been 15 years since I have dined here & the atmosphere, the staff & food were all amazing!

Lots of space to eat in groups, with kids or intimately for two with both indoor & outdoor spaces - easy access for prams & mobility vehicles also.

Order from your table, highly recommend the garlic bread as a starter but the bread rolls given are great - they're the ones you want to put in your purse! 😂 Our meals came out together & considering how busy the restaurant was on this Sunday night, it wasn't too much of a wait! The staff were very attentive & my friends loved their steak meals which is what The Norman has been known for!

Lots of free parking behind the venue & public transport available to Woolloongabba station via the bus with a short 10 mins walk to the venue.

It was really great to see this very popular venue still thriving & surviving after everything it has gone through. Highly recommend.
