I was passing by and stopped in for a
meal after seeing the Sunday roast
special advertised outside, apparently
with all the trimmings. The portion size
was very small, and the roast was so dry
that it was hard to cut. The next day
after checking my account, I realised that i had been overcharged. .70 for that
chewy rubbish go elsewhere there's
plenty to choose from.

I was in a bind in a Tuesday afternoon where my two year old had requested hot chips and we couldn't find anywhere in the area that sold them. I went into the WH and asked the manager and he said the kitchen was closed but he would see what he could do. 10 mins later, fresh hot chips and a very happy two year old.

Food should be skipped. We had the Sunday roast special and the pork was so dry you couldn't chew it. Undercooked vegetables. The bar staff were very friendly and nice. The people watching is certainly entertaining... a very wide variety of people some you may stay a wide berth of upon leaving as they are chewing their face off or arguing with each other.

I'm very surprised that this place has good reviews. The food is pretty good, but the atmosphere is not. I've been in a few times out of convenience, and every single time, the guy who runs the place has been screaming and swearing at customers. I even thought he was going to lunge at one woman while he was calling her degrading names. It was honestly disgusting, and made for a very awkward experience.
