Every time I go into the city, I have a meal here. The staff are always very friendly and give me the best table. The food is fresh and delicious. Prices are comparable with everywhere else, so I prefer here. Limoncello Spritz and Barramundi with sweet chilly sauce. It's location is so handy as well, straight across from Southern Cross Station and trams.

A warm comfortable and friendly pub built within a heritage-listed building, perfect for a day or night out in Melbourne's CBD. Open everyday from around 9.00am to 3.00am where you can enjoy their dining/restaurant area with a great food menu and drinks selection, a pokies/races area with BIG screen TV\'s, a drinking area with promotional discounts and a courtyard out the back which is partially undercover - Gotta love all that! The staff are always welcoming and friendly, the venue very clean and the seating comfortable for singles, families or groups, and everything is reasonably priced and great value. Strongly suggest the chicken parma chips and salad or the spicy eggplant or the barramundi fish and chips and salad for an out of this World dining experience. Highly recommended and our overall experience was worthy of a 5 star rating ??'???'?😊

This venue is my go-to whenever I\'m in Melbourne and is my absolute favourite pub over here!

Tried their food for the first time today while I was here and it was absolutely delicious. I think it is decently priced (about what you would expect at a pub) and has great portion sizes. The dining atmosphere is cozy and love the vibes of the place. The staff are also really friendly and attentive and give great service!

There are loads of comfy chairs to sit and be able to watch the footy which is also a bonus!

They also have a decent gaming room with a good range of machines if that is your kind of thing.

The venue also offers a free membership program with 10% off all drinks or rotating member specials and is definitely well worth it!

What an amazing experience at The Mail Exchange hotel. Went for lunch and the food was amazing. Compliments to the chef, coming from a chef. Excellent food. Partner and I had the lamb shanks, the chef special pork belly bites and cannot remember the name of my partners dish but it was with beans, chicken. Anyway amazing. 10/10

awesome pub. The welcome bouncer is very friendly. The Christmas decorations make it more festive. The staff are friendly. The food came out quick. Nice place to relax and hangout. Has 3 different seating areas. Close to Southern Cross. A gem.
