Good managers. Polite and respectful without needing to crawl up you. Feels safer than some of the other gaming venues to for some reason.

Rude lady with extreme short hair.
Not friendly, having lots of attitude as soon as I walked in. I asked her nicely, but she served me rudely. I asked for a straw with my drink and she just put it on the dirty counter instead of handing it to me. Never return. Other staff was nice. This kind of attitude should not be brought to Australia. Ruined my night. I am a local and got treated this way, if you are a tourist, avoid this place, saving you from a bad experience.
