Your security guard wins. While I was let in the venue because it wouldn't of been worth me suing you for discrimination, your security guard needs to be way less judgemental. First asks for my ID, then proceeds to walk me to the door, because I needed to be a member? Then signed in to my doxa rewards on my phone forgetting I was a member and he was still going to tell me to leave? What did I do wrong anytime I've been there before? First time I went there I had no problems, but last night? What the hell was the go there. Just after midnight was the time I rocked up. Showed my proof of age card. (not good enough? The management is rude particularly the Chinese lady manager. Whom makes you feel uncomfortable.

Too small, with machines packed in the corner next to each other like sardines. Staff were cold and disinterested, greeted them and got ignored. They would rather sit around and talk to each other than do their jobs. Gaming floor staff being careless - coming around loudly banging the chairs into the machines.
