Clean room, good WiFi.
Good central location.
Lifts were being redone.
Bathroom in my room... the bath/shower floor felt like it may let go at any moment.

Food from the restaurant was typical pub fare.

I would like to give a huge praise to Carly from the reception desk. Carly was professional, genuine and helpful upon my Mum and I checking into the Leichhardt hotel last night. Carly is a rare find in hospitality these days and seems to be a by-the-book, hard working woman. She was on top of the Covid-19 mandates and regulations and took amazing care of us throughout
the check-in process.
Also would like to say a big thank-you to the chef on duty for offering to make us a meal after service had ended.

Both of your employees are a great asset to your establishment and as a manager in hospitality myself, they are the kinds of employees a manager would dream to have on their team.
Thank-you so much again for looking after us and for your exceptional hospitality.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment but when we got our keys, our room wasn't cleaned yet. So they just gave us two separate room. My parents aren't too happy with it cos we I have two little siblings and the room they gave us has two single bed instead of the queen size that we booked. also the toilet that we stayed in wasn't very clean, and there was a dirty towel too. however, they have a very friendly staff.

Love this place stayed in room 306 and at 3.20am I was visited by 2 Ghosts 1 female very long ringlets old fashioned dress then a male apeared in a velvet waist coat and dark hair I think tied back in a ponytail I told them I could not help them and to leave and go away my partner heard all this and thought I was telling him to go away🤣
Apparently the staff when asked on checking out confirmed it's the oldest hotel in town and had confirmed other people have seen these Ghosts ... The continental breakfast was good and the staff very Helpful... I've been told I'm a strong medium so I assume this is why they came to me.. They were not fretening in any way... Enjoy

The hotel is old and can be seen in the public areas. Carpets are tattered and with the walls and elevator requiring attention. With that said the room i was in, was clean and neat. The room was in very good condition. The only issue was the bath tub had a cra k that was patched with a bit of fibreglass and resin, coat of paint would have helped the patchwork which looked average.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a complimentary breakfast with your stay at the hotel restaurant and there is lunch and dinner available for purchase.

The menu is good as well.

The hotel is located in a good central area and easy to walk to most places.

I would give the staff a 5 star rating.
The room a 3.8 star
And the public areas a 2.5 star rating.

A little more maintainace will go a long way for this hotel.
