The Room was huge and clean. We are considered Older and a room up stairs wouldn't be our preference if we stayed again. Covered car park was appreciated.

We are staying for a long time in the apartment at Stirling Motel Rockhampron. its a very nice and clean apartment, located in beautiful Rockhampton. The apartment is always clean and tidy. friendly house keeping service given by Ms Heather. She always provides excellent housekeeping service. Thank you to everyone.

Stopped for one night, and the service at the front desk was good, and the location of the motel also good. But the room not so much. The bed was clean and bathroom, but the fridge had not been cleaned or even checked for weeks as there was mould and it was not working. I found this out late at night to keep some drinks cold and was disappointed.

He treated us like we were old friends. He is an absolute asset to the Southern Cross Hotel group. We would not hesitate in staying again at the Stirling Motel. It has everything you need.

Absolute hidden treasure in Rocky. The rooms are modern and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is lovely and in room fridge, kettle and tea provided. No microwave but you don't need it especially won't need it once you try the meals at the restaurant within. I've stayed here twice now and both experiences have been 5/5. The restaurant blows my mind, the meals are fancy without the price tag and always cooked to perfection. I feel safe travelling here alone and although it's for business I would come for a personal trip in a heart beat. Major bonus you can also connect your phone to the TV and watch your streaming through the TV. Couldn't recommend this place any more.

Probably one of the best motels IV stayed at for a long time. The facilities were more than adequate and in good condition. It's the most northern motel I've stayed at that has facilities to cater for electric vehicles. And is pet friendly. Not that I needed it but it is definitely a good thing to keep in mind for future trips. And I got a free pen. 😁

Great place to stay. I was late in and so tired. The reception I got was wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating and a destination charger for my car. This took all the pressure off me. Room was clean and comfortable. Grateful traveller with thanks

My partner and I were travelling through after a holiday. We stayed here over night. The Team/Staff here were absolutely fantastic. Michael's customer service was amazing, did whatever he could for us during our stay. Room was clean and tidy. We ate at the restaurant, Team/Staff were also great and food was delicious. This Motel will be the only place we stay at in Rocky when we are down. Thank you Michael for your exceptional Customer Service.

Very friendly and welcoming people, room very clean and comfortable. The best sleep I have ever had while traveling. Great showers with hot water and pressure. Just sorry we couldn't stay for breakfast. We will certainly recommend to traveler's along the way .

Great experience at this motel while traveling through for a week or so. Restaurant was great that is attached to the motel and almost wish I ate here every night instead of trying different places in the area for breakfast and dinner. The front counter staff were very polite and willing to go out of their way for me with just about any request I needed for cooking/laundry facilities. I would highly recommend and would love to come back here for any stay.

And the restaurant! Wow! So so good. We had the delicious pork dumplings to start with and
I had steak with stuffed potato and yummy salad and my husband had fish and chips with lemon and two different sauces. Highly recommended.

Can only speak for the restaurant. One of the best dinners we had experienced on our first visit, although change of ownership has definitely taken a turn for the worst.
Very unpleasant waitress from the start, steak was no better than a cheap pub feed.
Medium rare rib fillet come out dry, over cooked and was sent back. The second steak was almost blue and 100% was rump, not fillet. The look we received when the question was asked was very unprofessional.
Will not be returning to this restaurant.

In saying that, nice venue, noisy when there's more than a couple of tables booked. And the owner didn't charge for the meal.
I hope they work on some improvements.

This is our first stay at the Stirling. We had a few requests for our stay, that was not problem. Michelle did everything to make our stay problem free and relaxing.
It is our second time dinning at the Stirling be it several years due to covid. We had a table of 8 and everyone loved their meals and desert's. It was one of our groups birthday, Michelle helped us to make it very special for Letecia.
Big thank you to Michelle and the Team for make us all feel welcomed. We will be staying again and recommending The Stirling to anyone needing somewhere to stay in Rocky.

I recently booked a few nights at the Stirling. I unfortunately did a knee injury at footy training and had to return home, however the staff at Stirling refunded me for the nights I didn't stay and waived the cancellation fee for me. As I returned my key a lady named Michelle seen me and asked if I'd like some ice for my knee as I had a 3 hour drive home, I naturally said "yes please" and Michelle told me to stay at my car so I didn't further hurt myself and raced off and got a HUGE bag of ice out of the kitchen and said "here this should get you home" I can't thank Michelle or the staff at the Stirling enough for the kindness they showed me and made me feel "at home" which is what you want from a motel. I will definitely being staying here again and highly recommend this business

We are Rocky Locals so can only review the Restaurant. We went for dinner, Very Friendly Staff with conversation prior to dinner. The new Chef did an great job the Food was Awesome (Seafood Pasta and a Chicken Dish. Desert topped off the meal nicely. Great Value for money, we will be back Thank You.

Fantastic facility but unfortunately the waitstaff and management could do with some improvement. Unprofessional and show an attitude. Beautiful food, only reason I'd return.

Travelling to a dream holiday in the Whitsundays, we booked a night at The Stirling on our return journey. It was the highlight of our trip. The room was perfect, the bed exceptional (the only bed on our 10 nights away that did not cause me back pain!) and we cannot recommend their restaurant highly enough. Both the salmon and the steak were wonderful and the desserts to die for! We would travel north to Rockie just to stay in The Stirling again.

Great night and exceptional steak dinner, it does Australia's Beef Capital proud. The staff were brilliant. Thanks to all.

Very comfortable, modern and welcoming. Perfect place to pull up in and the location is spot on. Was greeted warmly and was very helpful. Close to all amenities right on the the way in or out of town. Well laid out and ample parking with easy access for wheelchairs too.
Kitchen was closed when I arrived (late) but browsing the menu it looks great and priced moderately. I think great value for money. Overall a top place and well run. Ill be back when I'm in town next

Room was very nice and comfortable. For any queries, the staff at reception or the bar area were very friendly and would go out of their way to assist if there was an issue or we wanted a suggestion on something local.
The restaurant is a little expensive, but the pork ribs are the best I have had for a very long time.

Everything was good. Front desk guy very helpful full of positive energy. Only 1 problem. The rooms was corner on 2nd floor. That is where the housekeepers like to park their work carts. So in the morning you hear all kinds of noise from dishes and glasses banging to the help yelling and talking about what they did and their boyfriends. Don't take the corner 2nd floor room. They will tell you ohh we never had that complaint before. Surely someone did. They were in the same area when there the day before, but too tired from traveling from Hawaii, I past out to sleep, missed dinner service woke up next say.

Nice comfy room but unfortunately the people smoking outside their rooms made our stay very uncomfortable. Might as well be a smoking room. Angie the manager is very lovely and rooms well serviced. Nice to have laundry facilities for only $4.
Highly recommend the big breakfast. Our disappointment was a charge of $32 for a glass of red wine for dinner. Hubby asked for double shot of red wine. Expecting a ordinary brand

I cannot thank the staff enough for such a lovely stay. I was travelling alone with my dog and arrived extremely sleep deprived. I stayed in one of the pet-friendly rooms and it was so clean and well set up. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and the bed was super comfy which is exactly what I needed for a good nights sleep to hit the road again early the next morning. being able to stay in a lovely place with my girl felt too good to be true. I will definitely be back, thank you!

Nicely renovated motel with Tesla charger. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant which was tasty and good service. The steaks are great. We found our room a little noisy (especially early in the morning), the bed uncomfortable and no water pressure in the shower.

Fabulous dog friendly room with a little enclosed area you can leave your dog. Plus the Thai beef salad was fantastic and absolutely monstrous in size.

Friendly staff well priced did not receive the correct meal but enjoyed the occasion

Bec at reception on arrival was so welcoming and helpful. We were travelling with 2 dogs. She even had a section in the restaurant set up for us to accommodate our dogs at dinner. Other staff were lovely in the restaurant too. Will definitely be back.

The steak was cooked perfectly. The ribs were a little overdone for my liking; too mushy, but I know some people prefer them that way. My biggest suggestion for improvement would be to make sure the tables are stable and don't rock - ours were bad and the two nearest to us were the same.
Overall its a nice place with a good feed.

Our family had a birthday dinner last night, sat outside. 14 guest, it was lovely until our meals came out which by this time it was dark. Only strings of fairy lights above us. We couldn't quite see what we were eating, so had to use our mobile phone's touch lights... please put more lighting outside

We had initially booked another motel which I wont name. When we arrived it was nothing like the photos except for the exterior. We simply did not feel comfortable at that place. We then came across the Best Western The Stirling on Albert Street. Well it was wonderful.

Highly recommend this motel. The staff were very obliging. The room was clean and well priced. Would def stay again.

Amazing quality for the money! We stayed here last night and were pleasantly impressed from the moment we opened the door! We had a pet friendly room which means a whole little room for your best mate, our room was spacious with a desk, fully stocked mini bar and clean modern amenities (this was a lovely change on the road, thank you). We also ordered room service where the food was delicious and amazingly presented, gastropub quality! And lastly, the lady at reception was so lovely with a big smile and happy presence, we will certainly be back
