The Bartlett's Tavern what a shocker, can´t review the food as we never got to order upon arrival the place looked unkept. Tables were stacked with uncleared plates at 12.15pm in the bar area where everyone was sitting, the back room has 2 people there and 2 tables where plates and empty drinks glasses remained uncleared. The only table free in the bar which was partly clear to sit at, had half-filled coke cans and 2 glasses and a mess of some food in a pile. Went to bar where I was met with one member of staff complaining to the other that they were supposed to fixed the taps yesterday, no acknowledgement of me standing there. I asked for a cloth to clean the table which I was given, but felt the attitude was less than willing or helpful. We looked at the menu but felt after looking at other diners' plates this wasn´t for us. Grumpy staff, place uninviting, looked dingy, needs some good management in here, go look around town at other taverns to get an idea of standards, as guys you are clearly not after the lunchtime trade. Never again!

Very slow service, we were the only customers at 6 pm and even drinks took 15 mins to be sorted!
Only 3 of us eating and mine still waiting to be delivered after my friends had finished theirs.....not ever going back
While waiting and watching.....Actually noticed a no hat or cap policy, but they take your order first and your money, table number etc then not very nicely ask to remove the cap🥴

Really only ever use the bottle shop but they have decent prices and staff is always friendly even though it seems to be someone different every time.

What lovely staff and great food to top it off,, nachos and a stake sandwich, can't go wrong

Place is dull and boring.
Used to be a very enjoyable place to go to alive with people No one there in the public area.

No one seems to know what the meals are supposed to look it.
Couldn't get the orders for meals correct even after being told twice what the order was and that was for 4 meals and a child's meal.
Older bar staff lady was rude to my son.
Would not recommend this place at all for dining.

I will never attend this establishment again. Never in my life have I been spoken to so disrespectfully by someone who is supposed to provide "customer service". This males attitude early this morning was very confronting. After speaking to other staff it was apparent that he has an attitude problem and is known for his rudeness. Deplorable.

Stay away from this place if you can it is actually a very violent place literally the worst disrespectful staff that will put your life in danger over asking a simple question. I was attacked by two security gaurds while trying to leave the venue and coward punched by one of them while trying to walk away.

Had a Christmas break up luncheon with a group of around 65 people, good venue, meal was enjoyable and good service.

There was a fight resulting in police presence as we arrived which subsequently meant we were unable to order upon arrival. When we did eventually get to order the staff unhelpful and borderline rude. I ordered the Thai beef salad and let's just say there was beef in it.. I'm assuming they ran out of salad as what I received was coleslaw with beef in it. Safe to say I didn't enjoy it one bit. Thank God I was in good company or I would have left immediately!

Really great service over the phone with Dave. Not many people in hospitality like that anymore.
Visited from Tasmania and it's been 10yrs since I last seen Bartletts and it is a really nice, clean updated watering hole with TAB, Pokies and Tucker. What more do you want apart from topless waitresses?

Had a lovely dinner there even though I came after 8pm. Pulled pork with chips under and salad on top. Beautiful!! I loved it!!

I have ordered from here before.. real nice ... then tonight I ordered the same meal ment to be toated mmm OK was on soggy bread.. I right up and they say we can give u a meal when u come in next ... what about the meal I have to throw out because I wasted my money on food here . ????? Dose this look toasted???

We were so tired from our long drive, and got in late, tried to find somewhere to eat, and we came across here which was still serving food, thank goodness we did because the staff were so friendly and the steak we ordered just melted in our mouths, best steak in a long time.

Had lunch at this pub food was excellent. Old building, good service and atmosphere. Would et here again.

Biggest parmy I've ever eaten in my life, it was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

Last week, I gave them only 1 star as one of the waitresses ruined so I decided to give another try.
From the beginning till the end, I had a great time tonight!
The waitress who took my order was friendly and nice.
I ordered the same steak as last week.
1kg rump steak was great tonight too!
Food wise they never disappoint me!
Good value for money!
I should try different meal next week as the chicken Parma my friend ordered looked yummy too!
This place is now my favourite!

Yep same opinion as 99% Meals were big and delicious. My wife a chef and said her's was good except thought potato mash was from packet but overall would recommend. Beer was cold but a bit expensive to what i am use to paying.

Had an epic cheap feed here! It was great!!! I'm a big boy and went for 2 of the $12 meals. Both cooked perfectly and it was a struggle to finish the 2nd on but the pie and chips where that good that I had to finish!
The Chips where the closest I've had in Australia to English chippy chips !!!!

I have searched high and low for a place in Rocky that provides a good creamy pasta. Bartlett's is the only place I have found. Also i am impressed by their pizzas.
As a picky person I have not been disappointed by this place and have ordered repeatedly.

Have eaten at Bartlett's on a few occasions now. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Meals are ginormous. Quality good. Not kid friendly. Rate this establishment 4.5. Reduce meal size and lift quality.

The $8 calamari and chips at lunch time are some of the best tasting in town!

Really well priced on speacial nites tea.. steak was good. Staff pretty good. But here when u do your salads could we see less lettuce and more tomato n onion n cucumber n just maybe cheese or beetroot. Something to add. Way to much lettuce. Cheers
