My parents and i came here for my mum\'s birthday dinner. The food was delicious. It was a great service; the staff were so lovely and very friendly. it was such a lovely night, not noisy, so you can have a good chat and you can hear each other talking.

Hadn\'t been to Highways for a long time and it will be a much longer time before I ever go back. Bistro was absolutely dead at 6:45pm with only 1 other group there. Ordered the Monday night special: $30 porterhouse steak (normally $45) medium rare for each of the 3 of us. Steaks were ok, albeit a little dry and chewy. What was disgusting though was the 2 beard/pubic (it made us sick to think which it actually was) hairs that we found on my plate as well as the long hair wrapped around the tomato in her salad. It was at that point we all stopped eating and left. We advised the waitress of the issue who was shocked but didn\'t know what to do and offered a free drink or dessert however given the situation we had zero interest in eating anything else that Highways had to offer. I now understand why this place was empty.

Great location for families with kids, we went for dinner middle of the week and we had the whole space to ourselves. Our son loved the dedicated play area, not alot of variety but great for what it is plus a huge playground to expend some energy.
The food portions are very generous and are of good quality with prices being very affordable.
Would reccomend and will come back.

I visited this place for the third time with my kids, and it continues to impress. The staff are always warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I really appreciate their fantastic kids' deal - only $15 per child, which includes a free ice cream. They also have a small play area that my kids absolutely love, making it a perfect spot for families. The food is consistently good, and the portion sizes are generous. Highly recommend for a relaxed and family-friendly dining experience.

My wife and I went there for lunch, we were told the wait was 30 to 45 minutes. 90 minutes later I call the manager Cam over and I explained the situation, he said it was very busy and not even an apology but when I told him our drinks had gone warm he did offer two soft drinks. We spoke to two couples on tables next to us which we saw they had come after us and they both said their meals had come within 20 minutes. Finally when our meals arrived they were cold and dry and looked disgusting. So I went and confronted Cam the manager again and told him that I don't appreciate being lied to. He went on a rant with no apology and then got a young blonde girl to refund our money so he wouldn't have to deal with it. When I told the girl our complaint all she kept saying it don't scream at me Sir. Well little girl maybe if you can't deal with a costumer complaint maybe find a job working from home so you don't deal with people cos you were terrible in handling a costumer complaint. Yes you little girl you were the one who said 30 to 45 minutes. You passed us maybe 15 times serving other tables and you didn't even have the decency to come over and give us an update on our meals. Disgusting place don't not go there you will be bitterly disappointed.
