Food was amazing. Had the Chicken Parma. One of the best pub parmas I have had in a long time. The lemon, lime and bitters was on another level as well.

Best chicken Parma I have had in such a long time. Mouth watering and tender. So much flavour and filling. The atmosphere is very romantic and date night prefect.
The waitress was friendly and provided great customer service.

We recently dined at The Grand Terminus hotel, widely regarded as the top recommended venue for a meal in Bairnsdale, and it certainly lived up to the hype. We could not fault the experience.

The drinks were perfectly chilled, the menu offered excellent variety, and the portion sizes were just enough. Service was fast, friendly, and welcoming, adding to an enjoyable evening.

Mr P ordered the grilled chicken burger, and the fact that it featured grilled rather than fried chicken was what sold him. He thoroughly enjoyed it, noting that the only thing that could have made it even better was a slice of bacon (which I'm sure could have been added if requested).

I chose the 15-hour lamb shoulder salad. Lamb isn't usually my first choice, but I couldn't go past a slow-cooked option, and I'm so glad I didn't. The lamb was incredibly tender, falling apart beautifully, and paired perfectly with the cauliflower salad. Absolutely delicious.

If you're planning a visit, I'd recommend calling ahead to book a table, especially on a Thursday, which is member's night and can get quite busy.

Had a wonderful meal at Grand Terminus hotel Bairnsdale! The restaurant has a cozy, welcoming vibe, perfectly blending historic charm with modern comfort.
I tried one of their specials, the Korean Spicy Chicken, and my partner had the lasagna both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The bistro-style menu offers plenty of other hearty options as well, all generously served. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.
If you're in Bairnsdale, this is definitely a great spot for flavorful, satisfying meals.
