We love going here for a guinness and a beer and great fish n chips and crumbed lamb cutlets - our favourites

It was a very pleasant place, the lamp chops were delicious, and you can pick your own vegetables or salad, and there is no limit on how much you can put on your plate.

Had battered fish chips and salad. The fish was fresh and so very good. Staff couldn't be friendlier. Definitely going back here.

Great service great food good entertainment plenty of parking the 90 mile Blues Club operates out of the club every last Friday of the month 7:30 start I highly recommend dinner and Music after woods all at great prices cheers Winston.

Solid meals. Nothing fancy just nice food at a good price. Family friendly. Definate for a cheaper than most meal out with the family

Recently renovated! Fresh look. We popped in for a lite lunch. My choice was Ham steak topped with pineapple and chips. Salad was available. Friendly service and the food was good. Altogether a nice experience.

Scotch Fillet medium, received it rare blood oozed out when cutting.
Definitely not medium, at it anyway and enjoyed, but not the favourite that I ordered.
More than half was gristle, a little bit I can accept but not half.
Cook said I could have brought it back, I accepted the rare steak but can't accept half of it being gristle.

Loved the new look. Food was good and plenty of it. Staff friendly.

Great meals here what happened to the rolls man so nice to pop in he would come over give us a roll was nice ..bar staff sure do know how to do nice drinks friendly and always clean will be back for sure

It's ok over priced oily, greasy beef Texas Parma like it's microwaved didn't enjoy at all.

Bowls club side of this place is extremely cliquey and controlling.

Whatever became of the salad bar and complimentary bread, as well as polite and friendly staff. Our meal last night was the roast lamb and vegetables. The lamb tasted as though it had been sliced two days ago and left under a heat lamp. It was as dry as the proverbial camel's droppings. Really not good enough and you should be ashamed to serve such garbage. As for the person that took our order and my complaint; probably the less said the better.

Atmosphere is great and staff are friendly and helpful. Live blues club on last Friday each month is a must see.

I had roast of the day which was pork the meal was ok but for $26.00 it was tiny. Everything at this club has come down to the bottom line. Not that good.

Had the best meal tonight. I had crumbed prawns & salad , hubby had herb crumbed king George whiting. Both meals were superb.... fresh, plenty on the the plates and tasty as. Thank you to the chef, we love the bowls club & come often. ...the new menu will definitely inspire us to return more regularly

Bairnsdale Bowling Club was a special surprise for us. The staff were just so lovely and knew so much about Gluten Free. The meals which the 3 of us shared were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. When next in Bairnsdale we will definitely be back.

Bairnsdale bowls club is a modern and well laid out establishment with great people and helpful and knowledgeable staff in a welcoming and relaxed environment .. I personally recommend the bistro and the 90 Mile Blues Club that have blues jams and guest artists there on the last Friday of each month .. The Bowls Club offer 3 greens, Croquet and a gaming room and different levels of membership to cater for all levels of participation in club activities and for affiliated local groups as well as simply social membership for those that would just like to have dinner and drinks at club prices .. Definitely worth a visit ..

Went for dad's 80th. He has a lot of food allergies, and the staff were so helpful! They made great suggestions and even spoke to the chef to make sure he knew too.
The food was great, plenty of choice in the beverage dept, and a great view of the sunset to boot!
