We celebrated my friend's birthday here last Saturday in their function room. What a great time we had. Donna and Thu were very friendly and service was great. Well done to you guys. Food was value for money and cooked to our liking.

Attended my Atches recent Birthday Party in the Function room and was amazed at the service we recieved from the lovely staff Thú and Manager Donna. Our Food ordered was amazing and Hot great value for money. The function room with Bar and staff make for an incredible event Thank You to all involved.

but the app at the table didn't work at all. We tried 3 different phones.

The convenience of ordering via the app was kind of a deal breaker. With so many choices of places to go, sadly we have other options.

But if you like waiting in line to order then this place is perfect.

I had an excellent dining experience at the restaurant last night. From the moment we walked in, Nikki was welcoming and attentive. The timing of the service was impeccable. The staff's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our comfort made the evening truly enjoyable. We live just across the street from Glengala Hotel, and it's a great local dinner venue. The food is delicious and flavoursome, servings are generous. Highly recommend to check out their dinner specials. An additional mention to Donna and team for great customer service.

A local go to for me and my family. The food is always fantastic as is the atmosphere. My regular waitresses Eva & Anastasia always go above and beyond. A couple of the new female staff could improve their personas though. Hence the 4 stars

I frequently come here for a quick feed with the hubby. Eva is our usual waitress and she is such a lovely young girl always up for a chat. Also lovely cocktail made by one of the bar staff wish I knew who! Food was amazing as usual we will probably be back next week 😂

Honestly I was pleasantly surprised when myself and friends dined here Saturday night. The service was sharp and accomodating to the crowd. The seafood linguine was delicious and the service was friendly at all times!
We ran a trivia night in the function room, and it was perfect. Bar in there for us to buy drinks as we played trivia.

Amazing!!! Food was delicious (kudos to the chef!) and the overall vibe was perfect for a little local pub. Came last night to my surprise was packed! The two girls Anastasia and Eva served us and were beaming with friendliness. Have never felt so welcomed anywhere, you will see us again definitely.

We all enjoyed an amazing lunch at Glengala Hotel in Sunshine. Liezel, Nikki and Janice were so friendly and cooked up amazing meals.

Lovely place and super yummy food! My daughter has not stopped asking about Eva. She spoke to my daughter and watched her play and was so sweet. Such a great atmosphere and great staff will visit again.

Nice atmosphere, love the playground for the kids. Was bit disappointed that majority of the menu was not available 😕 so it left us with very limited food options. The introvert in me did very much enjoy the contact less ordering at the table but was very confused when I first walked in. Ended up waiting five minutes to be seated by staff. Awkward.

Great pub! The TAB-sports bar is fantastic to watch live American sports during the day if that's your thing. Footy season the AFL games are on the big screen. Bar staff are friendly and helpful. Food in the bistro is AMAZING! Love the chicken satay skewers and Bar-be-que ribs!

Shocking customer service.
Would not let us order our meals at the bar, on the excuse the EFTPOS was not working. But could buy drinks with EFTPOS. When we queried it, we were told it's AHL policy at all their hotels. Which is completely incorrect. As we went to Deer Park Hotel and had excellent customer service and could pay and order at the bar.

had a 30 party here last night, Holly the events coordinator was just fantastic, so helpful and made the night non stressful . our bar attendant Anne-Marie was absolutely wonderful, she was happy and nothing was too much.
we had a stress free wonderful event and we could not be happier. Gail

Cannot thank all the wonderful Staff enough for their kindness. The food was second to none! They went above and beyond, even offering to drive me to my Son's wedding my if my Taxi was late!

Two Stars For The Staff who were friendly.. No Stars For the accommodation. The have done renovations and upgrade to the motel. Still not worth the price you Pay.. Cheapest Room Was $153 ... No Thanks not even for Free.
Totally and badly maintained. Covering everything with New paint n Bedding does not cut it. This is a tradies motel... the company pays nobody complaints. Not Good for families that's for sure. I did an audit of the Place n O Boy they failed completely. I have photos to backup my whinging. Plus No Parking for your car.. First in Best Dressed. Could hear conversations from the upstairs bedroom and the balcony and the smokers outside.

Niso (sorry if I have that wrong) and the two girls at the bar who served us and checked us in last night were such an incredible team - Thank you so much. You guys did an exceptional job at making us feel welcome, and making sure we had everything for a pleasant stay. If anyone is deserving of pay rises - it's you three. We were so impressed.
The apartment is comfortable , the shower is amazing and the beds were so soft. Highly recommend. The team were the best part of our stay. We will definitely be back next time we have an event on in the city.

Stayed at the Glengala hotel labor day weekend as we were working down in sunshine. We had booked a room for $139 through booking.com, upon getting to the hotel and checking in upon checking our bank account we realized they had charged us double for the room. We went and spoke to the hotel staff that were there that night and advised them of the error, staff were incredibly rude about THEIR error and refused to sort out a refund advising us nothing could be done until Tuesday, even through it was their error.We were also advised bond would be returned next business day, however it was not so we called and spoke to hotel management who advised it can take up to 7 business days for the money to be returned and presented a very cold and uncaring demeanor when told about the error his staff had made and the treatment we received as a result.The rooms are okay for what they are, but wouldn't stay here again based purely on the treatment we received from management and staff.

I am very impressed with the function room at the Glengala Hotel. We booked it for a party and Dora did backward flips to make the room look amazing and spectacular. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend seeing Dora for your next function as I would definitely use her again.
