Stayed at the Glengala hotel labor day weekend as we were working down in sunshine. We had booked a room for $139 through booking.com, upon getting to the hotel and checking in upon checking our bank account we realized they had charged us double for the room. We went and spoke to the hotel staff that were there that night and advised them of the error, staff were incredibly rude about THEIR error and refused to sort out a refund advising us nothing could be done until Tuesday, even through it was their error.We were also advised bond would be returned next business day, however it was not so we called and spoke to hotel management who advised it can take up to 7 business days for the money to be returned and presented a very cold and uncaring demeanor when told about the error his staff had made and the treatment we received as a result.The rooms are okay for what they are, but wouldn't stay here again based purely on the treatment we received from management and staff.
