Went here for Rememberance Day lunch with some Veteran work colleagues.
Was disappointed they didn\'t put on regular lunch menu for this occasion but we made do with the bar menu.

Simplistic in sense, none the less, chicken strips and chips for $11 was actually quite nice.
The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
Regular or fuller menu for dinner and some later week days.

Ill certainly visit again.

Friday lunch. Went back for the full menu lunch service.
Chicken schnitzel, mashed and veg was quite good..

If you are looking for the menu, it is to the right of the order window on the wall.
And...line up on the right.

Nice, friendly atmosphere. Everyone seems to know everyone. bar staff are lovely and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Their bistro is only newly opened after renovations. Food is good, but, be prepared to line up 20 deep to place your order, and wait half an hour for your food to arrive. Seems the kitchen is still finding their rhythm.

Overall, nice welcoming atmosphere. Good food. You just need to be patient.

We called in from the other side of Melb to check some War family history. The Staff were so nice and friendly. We stayed for the Sunday Roast. OMG Beef roast with 6+vegetables and gravy. Absolutely beautiful .

Thank you to the bar / coffee lady with dark hair and a super personality for convincing us to stay for lunch.

We always come here for Parma Nights on Thursdays- the food tastes so good, full of flavour and great quality. Great value for money as well. And the staff are always so kind and welcoming.

Surprised how lovely it is. Very clean and lovely staff. Definitely will visit again.
