Saw the advertisement for their cent auction and decided to go along last night for a hopefully fun evening.

We got there early and decided to get a meal first. My partners burger was very average but I received a very spicey pasta dish. I dont actually know what happened either poorly written description of the meal or miss understanding of what we wanted off the menu because me and my partner were both positive I would be receiving a creamy sauce based pasta and instead received a spicey tomato based one. Far
to spicey for either of us to actually eat and enjoy. So that pasta was $26 wasted in the first half hour of being there.

Other people ordering pizzas through the night looked nice but I could not justify spending any more money on food and think maybe we just made a bad pick off the menu.

There was gaps in between each of the cent action draws which I decided to put on a game of keno in-between. Luckily the gaps were about 30mins each or I wouldn't of had time to get served.
Out of my entire life I have been to alot of pubs,clubs and rsls and this was by far the slowest service I have ever received. I was waiting in line behind another patron for about 3 minutes to put on my keno before someone came to serve us. She placed the persons keno on who was in front of me then they chatted about some personal stuff and then the staff member walked away and didn't serve me. I was then left waiting ages for another staff member to come over.

When it was time to check my ticket I was standing in line for ages again. I eventually turned to a customer waiting behind me and joked "I think they only serve locals here maybe you should go in front of me so we can get some service "
He agreed and said "oh I'm glad its not just me that they didn't want to serve im not from here either"

In regards to the cent auction the prizes were really good . But it might be worth discussing lowering the value of some of them and having (example) 3 x $50 westfield cards instead of 1 x $150 would give everyone a few more chances of enjoying a win.There is plenty of time for it with the 30min gaps between every 5 draws but when there is only 20 prizes and 1 table of locals goes home with a third of them its a bit of a boring expensive night to have gone home without a single prize and having spent $50 on food to go home hungry. Overall the staff member with the mustach walking around was very friendly , it was only the bar staff that wernt the friendliest to us. But as something we thought might become a regular activity for us we are unsure if we will bother again.

Edit **** it is also frustrating that they will post please email us but when you do the email is ignored and not responded to. It seems like it is more of just a tactic of looking like they are trying.

I called today as I had a charge on my bank that I thought was club Beenleigh I spoke to Mia and what a wonderful lady she is she went out of her way to help and rang me back promptly only to find it was my error and the charge was from somewhere else Mia was polite and extra helpful she is a credit to the club sorry for wasting your time Mia

Here is definitely a nice family and local club. Staffs are extremely caring and lovely.
Specially Cody and Kathy, they are very patient and kind. They look after us very well.
The people work here make me to stay

I'd heard the food was good but that wasn't my experience. We were a party of six. Two ordered the braised beef cheek but it wasn't cooked long enough and was tough. No problem though to send it back and get something else so that was good.
My lasagna though was the worst I've ever had - even a frozen commercially made lasagna would have been better. It had no structure and was soupy. The "meat" sauce element had hardly any meat and had not been cooked out enough so was quite raw tomato tasting. Two sheets of pasta only it seemed floating in the soupy ramekin. No bechamel but lumps of melted cheese. Wouldn't go back.

We just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful Christmas lunch. For the price we paid the food was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the entertainer singing Christmas carols which added to the atmosphere. Thank you all once again for giving up your Christmas day. A family of six adults and two children.

First time at the Club a little while ago, food was delicious service was poor. Staff disinterested, moving about like sloths, unacceptable wait at the bar for drink service. Been a couple of times since thanks to the delicious food & generous lunch menu specials & delighted to say the service today was lovely. Jack & Maddison (I think), moved about the restaurant with purpose, professional & very pleasant.

Amazing, we usually go once a week for the 2 for 1 and join in on DJ Bingo which is really fun, last week we tried trivia and one of the glasses randomly exploded on the table going all over my food within 3 min of receiving my order, the staff where so prompt at cleaning it and even replaced my food for me which was amazing especially with being 38 weeks pregnant, and they re made it and brought it over to the table for me. Such lovely service, the food is fantastic, especially the ribs! They are my absolute favourite!!

It's OK, but better value elsewhere, food is over priced vs portion, such a small portion of meat (Barramundi) and costs $29, somewhat disappointed... The customer service and taste of food was good, found the environment comfortable.

We have been going to Club Beenleigh each Wednesday for our date night 62 weeks straight . (Probably more ) . We have noticed the TAB/Sports bar turn into a coffee lounge and children ordering from the bar . Not that I have anything against kids . I thought there was a rule against this behaviour. We put our footy tips on and spend about 100 to 200 on the punt . But we can't even do that now .

We have also noticed that the meals are over a hour wait now . Why bother to book a table upstairs when the whole club can order downstairs from the same menu . We look(ed) forward to our night . But unfortunately we won't be there again . The staff are awesome ,but I feel this is a management problem.

Great venue ... if you dont mind lining up for 10minutes for a drink, then lining up for 30 minutes to order your food,.... than waiting well over an hour for your order only for it to be cold and overcooked.
Was a Wednesday night so wasn't even busy.

I have been going here for sometime now and have been h a lot. Staff are happy and so helpful. Unfortunately lately i am lost for words. Tonight I ordered the sweet potatoe and pumpkin soup $10.00 4 spoon fulls, less than what i would expect & served stone cold.
Lately they have been serving a chicken schnitzel that you would pick up from Coles for a couple of bucks, cost $20.00 and not nice. Should go back to the ones they had previously, Panko crumbed, thick and lovely.

Family roast night is good value! As is the two for one meals during the week. Steak and prawns special on Sundays are worth having, too. Sunday afternoon member draws are good fun too.

Place was good. Spent a few hours here last week about 10 of us. SStayed for a meal. 3 of us was sick that night. And we had all different meals. Seafood. I just found out 5 in group was sick. We all had fish. seafood.

Service was great mangers where excellent but3rd time in row food was below standard i tey to give local a fair go but come on. I do understand they get busy and it's good to see a local business full of patrons but no excuse for poor food quality. Even after waiting an hour for food still received wrong meal and it was below a fish n chip shop standard won't be returning for a very long time

Spent a great Sunday afternoon being entertained by Dave Gray. Watching the local Village Rockers dancing was great. Had the Reef n Beef special for dinner and that was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the day, and the cocktails were very good.

I honestly can't complain. The dinners were fast, fresh & hot! Tasty & worth it on my mums birthday. Staff were more then helpful & busy. Thank you for such a lovely night with my kids and parents not often we get to enjoy a good meal out

We just celebrated our presentation night for our Calisthenics Club, at Club Beenleigh, absolutely fabulous venue. Food was terrific and plentiful, the staff and service were wonderful. Certainly value for money! The events manager Chloe is an absolute gem! I hope we return for our presentation night next year.

Unfortunately, an EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING Meal of Barramundi, Potato Rosti & Steamed Vegies. Never seen vegetables so overcooked and visually disgusting. Should never have left the kitchen. Advised supervisor, who was lovely and also at a loss! Hopefully issues like this are rectified and food standards improve. No replacement or refund requested, hoping feedback ignites awareness/improvement? ☹️

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I was very impressed that the Bull n Barra restaurant staff took the time to respond to my messages, and then cook up fantastic steaks the same night to accommodate my request.

We had a group of 20 people booked in for lunch Tuesday 19th July. All the food was either cold or warm. Some sent it back others just ate it warm. My fish was very ordinary and the chips cold. Some got pumpkin soup and sent it back to get it topped up as there was hardly any soup in the bowl. A complaint to management fell on deaf ears. We've made a unanimous decision not to go back and we won't be recommending them to any of our other social groups

Well haven't been to Club Beenleigh for some time.
But tonight was terrific ,the band Fox Tails had us dancing and singing along with rock and roll.. fabulous.

I treated the curried beaf and it was the worst meal I had ordered anywhere in last ten years.
Other than that the club is a great place , and all the other meals looked great.

Great nite out with my wife, nice size meals with large portions. Entertainment was great but a little loud for my taste. Staff were friendly and helpful.

One of the best menu selections I have seen so much to choose from, not huge just varied. Been back a few times so many things I want to try. Great value as well gets busy later so best to go early and parking gets full so may have to park on the street.

Great place for a cold drink, also good company. Outside of COVID19 the food is great too

Great little place to grab a bite to eat. The dinner prices were extremely well priced and the atmosphere was not too busy not too quite. Overall I was very happy with my meal and the service I received was excellent.

We come here very regularly, at least once a week, and always book our events as well :) the staff are so amazing, weu2019ve tried most of the menu and every single dish is absolutely amazing and as described! Food quality and service is 5 star, and super quick, Iu2019ve never waited more then 15 minutes even with a table of 12 or more.

Went for dinner for a birthday so had a table for 14 + 2 babies. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was amazing! We had the Friday night early bird special (but 1 get 1 for $5) and you really canu2019t get a better deal. The meals are large and tasty. We had pizzas, steaks, salads and ribs at our table and no could fault their meal which is great for a large booking. It was also Valentineu2019s Day and there was a special dinner function for that and you couldnu2019t tell they were so busy by the prompt delivery of meals.
