We did a overnight stay. Pet Friendly room. Upon arrival welcomed extremely well happy gentleman. Rooms clean & comfortable.

Stayed in dog friendly room with my toy poodle, the rooms were outdated and if the traffic doesn't keep you awake the bright green fluorescent light outside your door will. We found a BRA sitting behind the toaster and used soap in the shower. There was a kettle and toaster although no plates and cutlery.The lady at reception wasn't friendly and outside smelt like sewerage, although I think that may be the large gas cylinders behind the rooms. The only good thing was the beds were very comfortable. I will never stay here again.

Rooms are very dated. The bedding was from the 70s they supplied a toaster but got no cutlery or side plates. It was just a stop over but it could do with an upgrade for sure.

I called 24hrs ahead to see if there was a room but couldn't guarantee my arrival due to travelling in my 83yo Buick on a very hot day. Reception offered to hold a room if I would let them know if I was unable to make it.
I arrived safely on time and the same friendly reception staff member welcomed me and gave me a back room so my car was out of sight of the road. The A/C was o so I arrived to a cool room in the heat of the 35C day.
The room was everything I needed plus very neat, clean & comfortable.
I would recommend without hesitation.

Old facilities but clean. Very noisy and light in the room overnight. Was grateful though to be able to have our dog with us.

False advertising, your website states open 24 hours. Get there at 11.30pm , no booking as I was unsure how far I would be travelling. Place is closed and 24hour check in machine is not working. Update your website to show correct information.

Older style room that was clean, fresh and well cared for. They even had a jug of drinking water and more than enough milk portions for the tea or coffee. Would certainly stay here again.

Hey! how much more welcome can a host make you feel . Such a kind man with the patience of a saint. We all know the complex is dated but certainly clean and fresh. I'd stay again. I'm told it's noisy but it's on a main road for goodness sake, so it's expected

Honestly couldn't ask for better service. Knew we would be late getting in and miss dinner so his beautiful wife cooked us a meal after close!!!! Was so greatly appreciated by myself and my husband after a long day on the road. Rooms are comfy and clean, service second to none. THANK YOU!!!!!

Absolutely one of the worst motels I've stayed in.
everything was dirty, sticky and smelt like Curry and way overpriced. No hot water!!!
This place needs to be bulldozed, the Indian owners have got no idea about cleanliness.
I wished I'd seen the room before paying.
The carpet was worn and I don't think it had been vacuumed for a long time. It's one of those places where you have a shower and you feel dirtier. Definitely stay away. Sleeping in the scrub would've been cleaner.

There was no working light in the shower/toilet.
Minimal hot water first night & none for shower next morning.
Heater/air conditioning unit was too loud to have running so had to climb into bed to stay warm.
Cannot recommend this facility.

Very disappointing. The bathroom was not clean at all. We booked here as the website said that there was a licensed restaurant on site. It was closed as the owners were away. Fair enough, I have no problem that it was closed, but we didn't find this out till we checked in. There was nothing on the website or FB. We wouldn't have stayed here if we'd known. The only positive was that the bed was comfortable.

Restaurant closed, even though they are advertising restaurant as well as breakfast and room service room very old and below average for what you pay especially no cleaning of room or bathroom done. We had no choice but to stay here as we were in Bordertown for a go kart 2 day event and what other accommodation available was booked out. Would not recommend to stay here if you do have a choice

Not only was our room not clean, we were over charged from our original booking quote. The bed was horrible. Blankets need to be thrown out. Staff told us we could easily walk into town when we booked but this was not the case. Lots of work needed to get just to a reasonable standard. Very over priced compared to other locations we visited in South Australia.

Everything was excellent. Was able to book a pet friendly room last minute.
The gentlman that greeted us at reception was so very lovely - 100% customer service. Was able to order meals which were delivered to our room and oh boy what a super surprise - talk about yum. Our room was cosy and comfortable. Pooch very calm.

Staff were friendly, booked or family in (including our fur baby) last minute. We arrived late so didn't get to try out the restaurant. But rooms were clean, beds comfortable, basic amenities but was close to a 24hr food stop/petrol station which was handy. If you're after something flashy, this isn't the place for you. It had the charm of a country town motel.

Awesome value. Clean room, very comfortable bed and fluffy decent towels. Dinner in restaurant was great, lovely meal with very generous portions. Dinner service great. Highly recommend- would return.

The staff at the Motel were super friendly. The rooms were very neat and clean and had all the amenities that you could need. Good price, comfy bed, affordably priced

Besides waiting for over an hour for my meal and with no explanation. They should offered me a partial refund or something. The meal had way too much hollandaise sauce. The room was old fashioned and what i expected but i am not sure what was so superior about it to pay 145.00 per a night.

The wifi kept dropping out and no explanation when to check out.

Staff are fantastic, rooms are a little outdated. The beds are very average. A lot of noise as the motel is pretty close to the main road. But I guess value for money and in a weird way , it is quite cosy .

We chose a cheaper room closer to the highway and didn't hear a thing all night. Rooms are basic but comfortable and very clean. Service outstanding. We Will definatly stay again. Highly recommended.

Mattresses in dire need of replacing. Staff are lovely. 'Pet friendly' room situated right at front of motel, closest to hwy, which set off dogs every time anything/one idled past.
$30 pet surcharge took $109.00 room cost (1st night only) to $139.00

Rooms are basic, but very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was a very good value. Dog friendly rooms. Overall very good experience.

This is a base grade one star motel, it presents as such, so no one should be disappointed.
Very clean bathroom, walls, floor. Well made bed. Easy booking and check in

Management were super lovely! Wonderful to talk to over the phone and also on arrival.

We are travelling with 2 young children and also with a small dog and cat. They were great about us bringing the pets.

Rooms are bit dated but that was fine. They were comfortable and tidy.
Trucks come past regularly however we still managed to get the sleep we needed to continue our travels :)

Wonderful people who helped 4 stranded travellers including one Chemotherapy patient who had been left abandoned at 11pm after their accommodation in Nhill was flooded and no attempts were made to advise us.

Bordertown Motel was the only business to call us back at midnight and rescue us.

The Owners/Managers refused a tip the next day.

The rooms are a little dated, but pricing is relevant and they are comfortable and quiet.
