Best calamari I've had in my life. Great dishes, great value. Definitely worth visiting for a meal.

Ambience is good but that's about all. Mid beer selection.
Ordered steak med rare and came out well done, hard to bugger it that badly.

Had a booking for 30ppl and increased it to 50 at the last minute, staff happily catered for the increase. All 50 meals were delicious, all out in a timely manner and the wait staff did an amazing job serving the party. bar staff interacted with the party and were accommodating. Management checked everything was running smoothly and if there was anything we needed. 10/10 for The Woolshed staff, food and atmosphere.

Delicious meals!
We arrived one minute before close of kitchen, after a big drive. The lady behind the bar/waitress was so lovely! She rung the kitchen and saw that we got a meal.
I highly recommend this resturant.

My wife and I popped in for dinner whilst in Bordertown. Warm friendly greetings by staff & regulars. Good beer & wine selection. Dinner menu great with some tempting specials so went a shared prawns dumpling starter with Moroccan Lamb for self and a chicken special for wife. Starters and mains all arrived at same time - that's not good. Prawn dumplings starter excellent & hot but both mains were almost cold which spoilt the experience as they had great flavours.
