Friendly low key place, outdoor deck, Bar (with Happy Hour prices throughout the week), good wholesome reasonabley priced meals, earn points as a Social Members ($5 annually), and use points for meals, drinks...regular entertainment at no cost to patrons, highly recommend

Harvest Home Avenel is a most delightful experience for an overnight stay as was ours or a few nights stay. The accommodation is old worldly surrounded by beautiful gardens, swimming pool and outdoor wining and dining. It is an extremely pleasant atmosphere not least the warm and friendly staff. We ate dinner and breakfast which was exceptional accompanied by a lovely beer and wine selection. The only issue I would advise of is, like most places read the fine print of the cancellation policy as one of our party had to cancel within the week before due to contracting Covid and were deemed ineligible for a partial refund, or redeeming voucher.
