Should strongly reconsider the closing times of the majority of their bookings. One and a half hours isn't simply enough time for patrons to enjoy the great selection of food on offer. I'm aware that the cleaning of tables and the serving stations is a lengthy process and needs time, however, if you want people to enjoy the food on offer and to 'relax with family and friends' as boasted on your website, I strongly suggest being more flexible with the length of bookings.
Unfortunately, this was made worse by one staff member (responsible for cleaning) ignorance of basic customer service skills. Half way though our meal, we were intruded by a staff member clearing plates and glasses with food and drink that WE WERE STILL EATING, enjoying I might add. This was followed by the rudeness of that one staff member saying we're closing up, invasively clearing our table, whilst still being seated.
I'm sympathetic and understanding of the job they have to do, but could have at least given some time to sort ourselves out and without the rudeness. Patrons are then forced into the dingy café at the centre of the complex, filled with the atrocious smell of cigarettes and lack of atmosphere.
It's extremely disappointing to see a once childhood mainstay for functions be damaged by sloppy customer service and unrealistic dining times.
