Our group of 5 girls just had a buffet lunch at the Village Green Hotel. The food was plenty and delicious. Especially we were attended by lovely Jane who was so very welcoming and attentive. Definitely a 5-star experience in atmosphere, food quality and customer service.

Visited the feast buffet with my family for dinner. The food selection was very diverse and well prepared. though admittedly the entry price for adults was a bit steep. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful making for a wonderful dining experience. Shout out to Vithy, Patrick and Brooke for this!😊

The Cabaret room at Village Green Hotel had 22 tables and 220 guests for a netball club end of year celebration. The buffet food was reasonably priced and tasty. The venue coordinator was easy to work with. The room had 2 x wireless microphones, lectern and projector. The speakers in the room connected wirelessly (via Bluetooth). I would recommend hiring this venue for community group functions.

We had a 2hr session to catch up with friends. Smoking area available and a children's playground.
The food was amazing. For my visit we had only pumpkin soup.
Good place to book in for buffet for any occasion.
The staff just don't care. Asked at the 'all you can eat' seafood buffet what other foods are served besides seafood and the waitstaff replys with 'well we also have calamari'...... the gaming area is happy to serve flat soft drink. The sports bars service was short and inattentive and the meals we got fish and chips, parma and onion rings were all super oily and pretty flavorless. The chips were ok ??'? It's a nice big place to catch up in... just don't eat here and watch out for bla attitudes ???' and flat soft drinks.

Should strongly reconsider the closing times of the majority of their bookings. One and a half hours isn't simply enough time for patrons to enjoy the great selection of food on offer. I'm aware that the cleaning of tables and the serving stations is a lengthy process and needs time, however, if you want people to enjoy the food on offer and to 'relax with family and friends' as boasted on your website, I strongly suggest being more flexible with the length of bookings.

Unfortunately, this was made worse by one staff member (responsible for cleaning) ignorance of basic customer service skills. Half way though our meal, we were intruded by a staff member clearing plates and glasses with food and drink that WE WERE STILL EATING, enjoying I might add. This was followed by the rudeness of that one staff member saying we're closing up, invasively clearing our table, whilst still being seated.

I'm sympathetic and understanding of the job they have to do, but could have at least given some time to sort ourselves out and without the rudeness. Patrons are then forced into the dingy café at the centre of the complex, filled with the atrocious smell of cigarettes and lack of atmosphere.

It's extremely disappointing to see a once childhood mainstay for functions be damaged by sloppy customer service and unrealistic dining times.

Came here for lunch. Group of 6 adults and 3 toddlers. Service was hard to find. Ended up using the Q code to order. Menu was standard pub. Good options for Seniors and Kids. Food came out in a timely manner and was very nice. Kids enjoyed the play area.

This is not a go at staff. They were severely understaffed for a big event. Food came in dribbs and drabs , incorrect items as well. Not great quality. Photo is of 2 porterhouses in comparison. Both meant to be medium. Tap n order list had items that they never stock and took ages to deliver. Not recommend.
Had a great experience at Babba however it would have been 100% better if the venue allowed room for the crowd to dance as that's what we all came there for. However it was a great show

Went as a group. Have not tried the buffet. Ate food at the sports bar. Not bad. Place was quiet.

A nice clean spacious and bright restaurant. Good value for seniors. A good range of food on the all you can eat spread. They top things up quite quickly. There were pastas, pizza, roast meats and veges, noodles, curries, prawns, mussels, salads, fruit, sweets, soft serve ice creams and more. Staff were efficient in clearing used dishes.

Very nice ambience.
Reasonably priced drinks.
Didn't ordered any food.
Was there to catch up with some friends.
Staff was really friendly.
Went to the Village Green for the buffet and it was pretty good. A large assortment of different foods from finger foods to ribs, prawns and muscles in marinade. Nice desserts also. Worthwhile for the price of $35 per head. The game area is awesome for my toddler and the arcade machine was free to use. Will definitely go again although next time I'll be more aware of the session time to not take my time eating as you are asked to leave when the next session is incoming!

Went for my birthday, the staff were fabulous, the atmosphere was fantastic, clean and new but the food was SO bad we couldn't finish a plate and that's if there was any food to have. Soup was thick and not enough to line the bottom of the bowl. Roasts were dried out, No veges left apart from gluggy cauliflower and broccoli, Ice cream machine had run out. Food was picked over.

Our two families and friends group met up there for dinner at the buffet eat all you can! The food was finger licking great, the variety incredible, the waiters so clean and polite and prompt. The drinks great and reasonably priced. We had such a great time, great meal, everyone was so happy with their order, the crayfish was to die for! The cakes and desserts were also mouth wateringly tasty! It was our first time but certainly won't be our last! Amazing job Village Green!

Had the feast buffet lunch with a friend today . We were at the first sitting & the food looked very nice, plenty of it as well. Unfortunately everything was cold so our enjoyment was somewhat diluted.
Such a shame as the waitresses were great & the venue is nice & clean plus the location is very convenient. Sadly I don't think we will go back after today's disappointment

We were there to celebrate 4 birthdays for the seniors with the buffet lunch at Village.
The price is reasonable, the service at the reception is friendly with a smile.
There were 12 of us.
Food was fresh and delicious.... seafood, meats, .... the whole presentation was well done.... including the desserts !!
We had a great day..... thanks also for the constant table services.
We'll come again.... ??'?😍???-

All you can eat bistro. Good variety. Staff come to clear up plates efficiently. Come early so you can line up before the doors open for business.

Good Value lunch but it's of no benefit if the food is below standard. The food was badly presented, bland, and most of it was cold. I personally thought that due to Covid 19 restrictions all you can eat buffet was no longer allowed unless it was served rather than everyone sharing the utensil

Have visited the village green numerous times. Restaurant and buffet. Today (public holiday) the buffet was amazing. Highly recommend. On regular non public holiday days the buffet is more average but also less expensive..The restaurant makes nice parmas.Has a nice family friendly environment in the buffet..Will be back soon.

Plenty to eat and drink to cater for practically ever palet. Great food quality and plenty of room to manoeuvre between each section. Will suit people of all ages with simple foods like chicken nuggets and ice cream for the young ones up to salmon and roasted meats for the adult. For the quality of food up for offer the price is just amazing value.Plenty of parking with wheelchair access.

Great to see buffet is back! We noticed you now have prawns and salmon. We all loved the seafood. All the food was very good and the staff were most friendly. I highly recommend the Village Green and my family look forward to coming in again very soon.
