Great staff willing to go the extra mile (esp on a Monday morning) Superbowl 54; on the big screen. Can't thank the Monday morning team enough (esp the manager!)

We had our son's 21st in the function room at Vegas. It was a great venue,, delicious food, fantastic setup. Thanks so much to Chelsea for being so accomodating and organising everything. Highly recommend!

Was very disappointed with our Christmas in July function. One person got their meal 1/2 an hour before anyone else which she said was cold and soggy (batter). My soup was barely warm, very watery and also barely there.
Other members of our group ordered the advertised 3 meat roast. You only managed 2. Portions were small.
Overall everyone was not happy.

We have never eaten here before & the ambience was lovely & it is close to home & we shop at the Waverley Gardens all the time. The meals were lovely, the roast needed to be hotter but tasted great, the layout of the establishment is great.

Waited over one hour for my $60 rib-eye steak, it was cooked unevenly, tough to cut and tasted abnormally bitter.

Overall terrible experience dining there.

Went there for lunch yesterday l had roast lamb and vegetables it was very nice though could've got an extra potatoe, they only give you one potatoe.
Oh well l need to diet anyway.
VERY NICE LUNCH

Worst place I have ever had a meal. We ordered coffees and two steaks, one porterhouse well done and one eye fillet rare. After a long wait we finally managed to bite into the steaks. The porterhouse was tough and rare and the eye fillet was over well done and dry so they obviously got them the wrong way around and we were unable to eat them. The coffees we ordered never came. A complete waste of nearly $100 for the meals. There was no apology or explanation from their staff.

The bad:

Came here on a Saturday night as a family and made reservations requesting for a high chair but allocated a bar table instead which the waiter promptly corrected. When placing the order, the wait staff weren't sure what 'jalapeños' were and it was a debacle trying to order it as a side. I wanted to replace my chips with onions rings but it would have cost an extra $5 when it's a dollar extra if I were to order it as a side.

They didn't even know what a babycino was when I queried if it was available as part of the kids drink.

The good:
Food portions were decent and filling.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience dining at Vegas Waverley Gardens. As soon as we entered the beautiful venue, we were greeted by a smiling and friendly host that seated us to our table. We both had the porterhouse steaks and they were simply delicious.They were juicy, chargrilled and such a delectable texture. The chips were amazing also! The meal was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back.

First, friendly service. Then, well presented and very clean. You want a change from Food Hall, this is a great venue. Fish & chips, S&P Calamari were yummy! Beer was cold and what do you want???

New owners was very quiet chef took a long time with meals considering there was only 3 table bookings at that time . Prefred old menu .Front staff where lovely

Service great small food portions but ok drink prices through the roof not really recommended for for a big drink session

New venue for our Monday Night Poker event, what a huge difference to our old venue (MCC) we were welcomed by the most friendliest staff and security. The food smelt awesome and people were raving about it, so going early next week to have a meal before Poker. Once again thank you Vegas staff for making it a friendly environment your Gain their LOSS.
All should try out the new Bistro looks amazing. Well Done.

Good place for a laid back meal & drinks

I went to the bistro at 8:19pm to order dinner for my family (2 adults and 2 kids) and was informed the kitchen was closed...I'm very surprised post lockdown how this venue would turn away local business....

We had lunch at the garden bar lamb backstrap salad was beautiful. Peach crumble for desert was so yum and the coffee was good. Lovely staff. Will definitely go back..

Every meal has been wonderful. The girls are so friendly and helpful. Keep going when opens. I like to support the locals.

I expected the worst given its basically in the shopping centre, but it was delicious. On the menu tonight was lamb shank and mash, garlic bread with bacon (superfluous but my partners fave) and a lamb pie of the day. Service was ??'?🏻. I'd come back, willingly.

Affordable, good taste of parma, excellent staff, good job chef...

I took my family here for lunch one Saturday. I ordered the Chicken Parm lunch special and all I could eat was the cheese and sauce on top. The chicken was burnt and dry. My wife said her meal was good. None of the waitresses came over to ask if we wanted anything more to eat or drink, or if we needed anything at all. Won't be back sad to say.

This is one of the best places I have ever visited. Delicious foods. You should really try steak there. very neat and peaceful environment.working staff is very helpful and efficient

Went there today with a friend and my toddler and 7 year old and it was fantastic. The food was great. The place is really nice and comfortable as well as kid friendly which is a big plus for me. Kids received colouring packs, their own cutlery and clean high chairs.Kat was really accommodating and her service was friendly and above expectations. She was very nice to my kids and attentive. Thank you Kat!I will definitely be going back again!!
