Just had Father's Day at the Vale and as a family we all really enjoyed the food and the service.

We have been to the Vale as a couple for lunch during the week several times and every visit is the same.

Great staff and service.

Food is always good and always hot.

The prices are very good too.

I wasn't expecting it but this ended up being one of the better tasting chicken Parmas I've had! Overall spacious venue, good for meeting up with or a group of friends or hosting a medium sized events. Service could be a little better but not so bad.

We recently visited the restaurant and ordered the roast of the day and pork belly. Unfortunately, the roast was partly tender and partly chewy, which was disappointing. The sauce tasted like it was out of a bag and lacked any real flavor. The pork ribs lacked sauce and the pork belly was dry. Both dishes were lacking in spice,
On the plus side, the service was friendly and quick. The staff were attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Thanks to Violet and her team for making our event run so smoothly. Great birthday set up for kids, food was plentiful, arrived fresh, and hot. The team is easy to work with, accommodating, and just generally lovely. Violet took our requests and saw to them immediately. Highly recommend kids birthday party at the Vale.

Mum's private lunch memorial was held in The Lounge end of April 2023. Violet and the staff were exceptional from the beginning with communication and attention to detail. Both food and service were excellent and couldn't be happier with the venue. We will definitely be using The Vale for all future events. Thank you, Rosie.

I'm always on the lookout for a great pub meal & this certainly met my expectations. It's great that there was a no fuss approach with the convenience of ordering drinks & meal via my smart phone at the table & service was efficient & quick. The gravy that accompanied the pie was a bonus. It's my first time & looking forward to visiting again to try something else.

Very enjoyable weekday lunch in the bistro with friends. Efficient and helpful staff. Can order at bar or via app on table. Either way, meals brought to table when ready. Good serve sizes and variety across the menu. Has modern feel with a number of different areas to sit in, sizeable sports bar. Loads of off street parking.

Excellent service, clean and spaces with a view. We found the menu and meals inviting and enjoyable for our staff reunion. Staff made an effort to find a specific drink.

We had lunch at The Vale today for my birthday and had a great time the food was fantastic my wife loved the barramundi she said it melted in her mouth and the service from all the staff was second to none. The staff should be congratulated nothing was to much trouble. Thanks for a great afternoon

Have become very happy regulars of the bistro. Always decent food, lovely staff, great play area to keep the kids entertained (plus great-value kids combo meals) and all-round good service. Never unhappy and posting because always worth a shout out for a place with such great consistency. Hot tip: get on the pork ribs ??'??

I usually like to eat at The Vale. When I there last time, I felt like I was forced to use the menu app on the table. It is not compatible with my phone so I said I will go up and order. They didn't like this - Made it known. Other customers were facing the same. No other customers at the time I was there used the menu app. Waiters don't like having to give out a menu.
Also I was asked if I was ordering a main meal or a senior meal. I am in my 40s! Not sure whether the girl was new but I found it very rude.
I'm not sure I would eat here again which is a shame because their food is amazing but the app and the vibe I got off staff was off-putting.

went there for a drink and a few games of pool. big sign out the front clearly stated that they sold $7 pints ALL DAY EVERYDAY, yet when I asked for a pint I was charged $10 despite letting the bar staff know about the sign, which is ILLEGAL. I will be putting in a complaint about this.

We enjoyed our vale visit. The Barra was tasty although a little dry, certainly didn't hate it. The pie was very nice with good gravy and crispy onion rings. No hate there either. Has all the amenities and Intuitive staff. Would come back and not hate it again!

Pretty standard pub fare, bar minimum tap beer variety, very hot and no air con the night I was there.

Prompt service, without being pushy. Food options were not over the top, kept to a select variety. All meals ordered were good, my steak cook as requested, fish and chips good not oily. Seniors meals were good portions. Value for money.
