The roast beef was the best I have ever had, tender,tasty, absolutely delicious. Staff are always friendly and efficient.

Perfect pub! Great food, cold drinks and a reasonable prices. Had a loaded chicken parma and my misses had the same. Little fella had a kids burger. Portion sizes were plentiful, ended up taking some dinner home. Great country pub feel. Nice playground for the kids to run a muck. Highly recommend

Tried these guys out for Saturday lunch with the missus. First impressions I was expecting the place to be a little older and and more country pub feel with a name like 'Old town and country', this place had more of a bowling club feel to it. Quite a large dining room area and a big front bar too.
Have to wait to be seated by a staff member but didn't have to wait to long.
Food was very good! Cauliflower bites and prawn Gyoza for entree, both bloody amazing!
Ejyptian Chicken sizzle for mains for myself and this was a real delight, it came out Sizzling a hot sizzle plate with spiced yoghurt and salad on the side, never had anything quite like this! A real culinary experience.
The missus had the fish and chips with salad and we have never had batter quite so light, crisp and crunchy, fish was cooked perfectly inside, not soggy at all.
Prices were not to bad either. We enjoyed our lunch immensely.

We had my mum's 80th birthday dinner in the private junction room last Saturday night .
Tiana was the events coordinator and I found her to be very friendly and helpful on bringing the night together for me. .
We had 72 adults & 13 kids attending for a sit down meal .
All the meals were a great size and very tasty.
A big thank you to Tiana, Tony and the waitresses for doing such a fantastic job.

My mum hasn't stop talking about how wonderful it was , and how smoothly it all went.
We will definitely be back .

Great place to celebrate my mums life after her funeral. Staff were fantastic to deal with sorting out everything and even made a lovely private area for us to be together. ( 20 ) thankyou. They also took some be pics for us.
