Walk in without booking on a Tuesday evening with plenty of seating available.

Was given menus and left to find our own table, however watched other diners coming in and being shown to non reserved tables with better customer service than we received.

Ordered at bar. Received incorrect order for one main meal. When asked if could get a garlic bread while waiting for free for their mistake, rudely replied NO. By time corrected meal arrived, the other main meal 3/4 eaten.

Watched other table being wiped down with waiter putting shoes all over booth seats.

Not a pleasant experience and will not be coming back, particularly as the prices are same as a proper restaurant that actually treats customers to a fine dining excellent and wants their diners to return.

We attended this venue for our family Christmas gathering. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. I ordered the lamb shank, which was the worst I have ever had. To make matters worse, the wait time for the meal was approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the service.

Food takes a little while to come out but overall was tasty, the chicken and mushroom risotto was really nice, so was the calamaris and creamy chilli prawns.

Everything is magnificent that's why I keep coming back. Linguine is my favorite and the taste is always the same. Garlic prawn is amazing, big shoutout to the chef.

Staff were friendly, venue was clean.
We had a glass of wine (good) and a G&T (not so good, very little ice, lots of tonic, no lime or lemon offered).
Jalapeno Poppers were good for starters, Barramundi special did not have the crispy skin promised and the dish was cold and unseasoned.
Rib Eye steak was cold and unseasoned, as were the chips and gravy.
Overall it was disappointing when it could have been great.
