Nice place to catch up with friends. Playground for little people is so so, not super cleaned. Tasty food & big portion. We came here many times.

Went with a large group but not everyone was happy with their meals, so it was a mixed experience and at the prices they charge it should have all been spectacular. The staff were lovely and dealt with our large group in a welcoming and accommodating way. Booking online was easy and I called to adjust numbers without any problem. The ginger beer on tap was nice, on the sweeter side, but they also had a dryer brand in cans.

Absolutely one of the best Parmas, I've ever had.. Chichen , sauce... Ham is awesome and the cheese combo is absolutely beautiful. Definitely one to try out.. Sorry, but already attacked it before the photo lol

Clean, good atmosphere. Some meals are easily 5⭐. Calamari and Fish and Chips were really good. The Wagyu burger was alright.

Did not like my meal, ordered the pork cutlet, the first one was raw on the inside so it was sent back.
The next one was light pink in areas, so I ate what I could chips looked like they were from the bottom of the bag.
It's not a nice meal at all.

Good restaurant for families - small playground for kids to have some fun. Food was decent and well priced. Service was excellent! A convenient spot nearby a newly refurbished bowling alley/mini-golf/entertainment complex as well.

Had an amazing meal last night at The Phoenix. Staff were amazing so friendly, accomodating and a pleasure to be around. A young crew but they didn't stop all night. We had the Asian beef salad, Pork Croquettes and Wagu Beef Burger all were delicious and very large potions.

Can't fault a thing do yourself a favour and check it out. Was so good we booked Christmas Day can't wait.

I ordered pumpkin ravioli in a creamy sauce and was very impressed by it. The food took a while but it was understandable since it was a Friday night, the restaurant was full and they seemed to be staff shorthanded. A detail that I wasn't too happy about was that there were no prices on the drinks menu. Neither online or onsite.

Went here last night and ended up quite disappointed as I usually enjoy eating here but being served arancini balls that where still frozen in the centre and a steak that was hardly even seared is fairly unacceptable ..

A clean vibrant venue.. we booked a large table of 15 people with less than 20 min notice on a Saturday night with no issues at all.
Staff were very accommodating and patient with the kids. Will gladly come back again when we're in the area

Good halfway point between williams landing and Rare Records, The staff are no nonsense but friendly. It is a good place to catch up with both familiar and unfamiliar faces, i would definitely come here again if i was in the area, thanks Nat! 🙂

Excellent venue. Bistro staff are friendly and the food is of great quality, especially since the new head chef arrived. Gaming room is a great space and the staff are always up for a chat! That and they offer complementary coffee, soft drinks and food platters which is always a bonus.

Every food ordered was made to perfection. Such good quality for money, compliments to the chef and the wonderful staff. We had such a lovely birthday dinner last night and highly recommend this place if you're looking for exquisite food. Their Korean chicken tasted amazing in comparison to Korean places we've eaten at. Thank you Phoenix hotel ❤️

Visited here about a weekend ago, food was delicious and was looked after very well, enjoyed it. Was serviced by "Nat" and was very kind to me and my friends. Little bit slow on food but overall would say I recommend.

Had a scotch fillet steak tonight done medium. Was absolutely to die for. Complements to the chef, 10/10. I just wish I could cook my own like that.🤣
My dad had porterhouse well done, he was pleased and said it was cooked beautifully. Knowing that if dad's steak isn't burnt he will send it back and to please my old man well that's just saying something!
Great bartender service also, She was a lovely young woman and up for a chat. ☺️
I must say that the phoenix is our go to on weekends when we have nothing to do and, we always enjoy our time there. Also my dad likes Bundy red and the first time we went there they didn't have any but, the next time we did they'd got a new bottle in. Such lovable people and a delight to be around. Ordered a scotch fillet steak, it was dry and over cooked, definitely not worth the $45. The chips were nice but the salad was gritty and not very nice, needed to be washed properly and needed more than just rocket and a scattering of carrot slivers. Very disappointing.

Great Pub.. Three of my mates and I had lunch here after golf.. cold beers and great steaks.. Mel and Aislin were amazing at looking after us.. super friendly ladies and super accommodating.. definitely will be back for another pub lunch in the future ..

First time dining here - the pub is empty and cold, and there seem to be about 5 staff with a range of competence from 'first shift' to 'been working here a month' . The food ranges from $41 steaks that have been over cooked or air fried to within an inch of their lives before being thrown on a grill, all the way through to serviceable burgers. Atmosphere is dreadful, tables are trestles from Bunnings. I thought it couldn't get any worse than the Brook in Point Cook but apparently it can. PLEASE can someone open a half decent pub that serves a half decent meal in the 3030 postcode ?!?!

This used to be a place to get reliably good food and service. It seems like that is no longer the case. The menu has been cut back, the options are more basic, the quality of the food has taken a serious dive. Chips not hot and fresh, cheap oily cheese on the dry chicken parma, gravy tastes like the powdered stuff it used to be rich and delicious. You now pay and order at the bar instead of table service. Tables, chairs, floors dirty despite not being that busy. Very sad the old Phoenix is gone. Steaks now just served with salad and chips, no option on the menu to have mash and vegetables instead, and yet charging $41 for a porterhouse.

Good facilities. Although, I was really disappointed by my Parma! It had no flavour whatsoever and we were waiting a bit fir the staff to be served. But good sized meals and also has a little playground for kids

The wait staff were wonderful. The food is really good but when the chef is told that a meal needs to be gluten free for a coeliac disease person, he should listen. I suffered with a bad reaction later that night. Again I stress that the wait staff did everything correctly. I was refunded the cost of my meal which I ate a little of before becoming suspicious of one ingredient and asked them to check. Yes, it contained gluten. 😢

Every dishes that we have ordered are full flavour.
Portion is good. Service is really good.
Definitely we will come back for sure.

We went on Wednesday night to take advantage of the free kids meal deal (with any adult main). There were plenty of families out with the same idea, kids in the play area and even a balloon animal specialist - great family atmosphere.Food was simple but well cooked and servings generous for both adults and kids. Will come again.

To be honest I've always found the exterior uninviting so it's take so long to give them a go, but that's where it ends. Every single member of staff are amazing - attentive, polite, respectful and welcoming... Then add to this good standard pub food, a small play area for kids + unexpected kids-eat-free and ballooning entertainment from Brendan (well went on a Wednesday)... Well! We'll be back regularly.(And the layout allows space and distance for people who may prefer a kid-free area.)

I had a beautiful lunch at the Phoenix Hotel today. The food is great and plenty of it. Infact excellent value for money. Serve was great and the cleanliness perfect.

Very attentive staff and well presented, beautifully cooked food. Would like more options on the menu but aside from that, have no complaints. Every table full on a Saturday night so always better to book ahead. Says a lot. Staff and kitchen coped with a busy night very well. Apologies to the supervising waitress - I think I looked a bit grumpy on arrival. I was "hangry"
