This is not a classy gastro pub, it's just a big Valley pub for a boozy night out. Perfect for drink specials, the pokies, and an awesome steak sanga. Karaoke and live bands happening too. Staff are always super friendly. Everything is in different rooms / areas so if you're old like me and don't always want the loud DJs and bands, you can get away from it all
fun Fact: if you're there at the right time the pokies has free pizza and snacks for players. The mini spring rolls they put out are perfect.

Honestly, I have come a lot of times to RGs. Would have to rate highly, staff are great, many different rooms to go to! Always busy and usually has live music.
People are super chill, you can be yourself and super casual. Always a great place to go to! Thanks for the great times

We had the Thursday meal special which was BBQ Ribs, Coleslaw and Baked Potato for $18. It was so good! We ordered, served and finished our meal within 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Disgusting customer service from the manager and bar staff.

I unfortunately had a verbal altercation with a friend AFTER my partner was asked to leave and I was injured trying to leave the venue.
Instead of offering any water and asking us to leave calmly, the bar staff insulted and degraded my partner and we were not provided any reason as to why he was asked to leave. This then escalted immensely.
I heard staff laugh behind my back instead of checking I was okay when I fell. I believe I tripped on the lip at the door but my partner believes he saw someone push me.

Earlier in the night my partner also had a massive asthma attack and there was no duty of care provided, another patron there helped us instead and only then were we checked on.

We returned to make a complaint about the evening and was looked down on by the manager, he was chewing gum loudly with an open mouth while I spoke and laughed with the security behind him. There was no care, regardless of the situation he could have been more respectful and at least pretended to listen to me.

We are clearly not welcome, we will not be returning as I'm sure you are terribly grateful for.

A few weeks ago, I noticed the sign outside advertising '$12 Rump Steak + Chips + Salad' as the Tuesday and Friday special.

When I walked in, the person at the bar was very friendly and explained everything about the menu since it was my first time at this place. However, the worst was yet to come. When they brought me the food, it had a good presentation, but the meat was full of nerves. Each piece was nerve-wracking, and each bite took two minutes of chewing. Unfortunately, I had to eat it so as not to waste my money.

"That day, I had a pain in my jaw like never before".
'I do not recommend them unless you want to leave with a sore mouth and jaw.
' I will not be back."
