It's simply a nice place to be. Wonderful staff. The lunch roast is the best for $15 (cheers to the kitchen staff)
And a jug can be as little as $17. I've paid triple for less quality. And if the owner is on site he will shake you by the hand a say great to see you again. It doesn't get any better, except Sunday afternoon you get some brilliant live music. So it does get better 😆😆😆

Great place for a beer, but unfortunately, I can't say the same about the food. I am my fiance went to the Pineapple for an impromptu dinner, and we both regretted the decision.
The Parmi I had was well over cooked and rather tasteless.
Partners meal, the fish and chips was again well overcooked, was again tasteless.
Given that both dishes are mentioned to be pub staples, I find it hard to understand how a pub of the Pineapples reputation can be happy to serve up food of such a bad standard!
Note: I did ask for the Parmi to be served without salad.

This is a great cheap pub for lunches I think the lunch menu is between $15 - $20. They do dinner as well and a special each night, I think prices are a little more $15-$30?

The atmosphere is always buzzing and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

It's bar service only, where you order and collect your meals from the bar.

There's a kids playground which is fun and an eating area right there so you can watch as they play.

The tab set up is great for a punt.

The footy tvs could be a little better. But you can watch the game if that's your choice. You can watch the rugby union, just ask the bar staff and they will pop it on for you.

Drink prices are on par with other pubs and generally a cheap $10 schooner/pint special. Tap ginger beer is $18 a pint - this one stings every time. I normally pay $14 at other places.

Overall a great local and a good family pub.

Perfect place to have dinner before going to the Gabba to watch the footy! There was heaps of football fans there both Brisbane Lions fans and Melbourne Demons fans enjoying meals together before the footy match at the Gabba really recommend this place. The atmosphere was great and the food was sensational for pub grub. Thanks guys. See you next game.

Very nice and big pub restaurant. Had the lamb risoles from the $14 lunch menu. Flavour was amazing and everything was cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend, especially the $14 and $18 lunch menus.
