I only ate here. The chicken burger was fantastic and Debbie had chicken and Avo which was great as well. Service was great and timely considering the crowd. If in Gayndah eat here I think you will be very happy.

Really nice food, friendly staffs, country style environment. Nice chips and steak, chicken pami is juice and crispy, and with good price. If we pass Gayndah again , I will definitely stop by there!

Well I had a lovely late lunch there and this amazing server with black glasses brown hair brown eyes, for me and was so nice and the best customer service ever deserves all the tips I think her name is kaisley definitely deserves a promotion. 10/10

Stopped in for a bite last night on the recommendation of a local and was not disappointed!
I ordered the schnitzel and it came out within 10 minutes, was a proper sized thick schnitzel with a nice salad and chips and tasted incredible!!
Jo behind the bar was super friendly and made an effort to ensure everyone was catered for -even making a trip to ask the chef if there was Dijon mustard.

When work brings me back out this way I absolutely know where I'll be dining!

Our visit to the hotel was for an evening meal. The chicken and bacon dinner could have been warmer. The lady waiting on us took the time for general chit chat.

I was overnight in Gayndah for work and found the Grand hotel great to relax and have a few beers, meals were awesome and actually couldn't finish it. The accommodation was to be expected old school and simple but clean and everything worked. Definitely stay there again

cute country pub with great vibe.Very clean with friendly staff. bar separate to small restaurant . outside DOSA away from it all which was great. Food was really good and reasonably priced. no ramp for disabled entry but with help you could still get a wheelchair inside . toilets out the back through thinish corradores. free street parking. not really a place for kids but worth a visit if you're in the oldest town in Queensland. Gayndah.

I ate there. The front bar was friendly and we had a few beers in there. Then we went to the dining room and ate. The food was very good and the prices were pretty reasonable. It's very popular so book for dinner.

We had a few beers and then ate there tonight, having roast of the day for dinner. I can see that some folks would think the baked veg was a bit overcooked. They are actually perfect. Crisp outside and soft inside. Tonight's roast was pork. Delicious. Quantity was large and you won't get a meal like this for $22 in many places. Staff were very friendly. Congratulations to the team.

Food was excellent very prompt service. Staff friendly and happy. Husband said it was the best carbonara he had ever had. Pizza yummy too. Highly recommend.

Very old country pub with cheerful staff catering to the local community. Despite the very basic condition of the facilities, the meal was well cooked, proportioned & enjoyed in the outdoor area by our group. Well done to the team.

Went there for dinner while on a motorbike tour.... great pub food, reasonably priced, actually one of the best bangers and mash meals I've had any where...there was bit of live concert happening as we got there and things were a bit disorganised.... having said the we sat and had a beer and a nice meal and listened to music... what more could you ask?

Staff were friendly and accommodating to our group however the food was ordinary. Great parmargana, great pizza but DONT order the steak. Rib Fillet was the fattiest, gristliest steak I have ever eaten. Half of the 300g got thrown away. Wasn't left with much of a meal for $32.

Great pub to have a drink or three😂😂😂. I found the young lady behind the bar to be very friendly and she loved a chat. I also found the locals to be very friendly as well. I'll definitely be back.

I was disappointed with the meal and service overall tonight. Two of us ordered for the same table. My companion was nearly finished the meal before mine arrived. I ordered grilled barramundi and salad. The fish was very nice, well cooked. The salad was barely a handful of lettuce with a few small bits and pieces tossed in. If I ran a restaurant I'd be embarrassed to call the salad a salad.

I had a steak burger and 2?-lots of lemon, lime and bitters for lunch today and it was delicious. The only issue I had about the oldest hotel in the oldest town in Queensland was connecting through to Wi-Fi and it wasn't all it's cracked up to be. Overall, it was a great experience but at the end of the day, something had to give.

Lovely staff, attentive, professional, the well priced drinks. The chef is engaged and delivers food made with panache and talent, both visits were consistent in all the above, love this pub and staff!

Had a delicious meal at this hotel. The staff were very courteous and attentive. Very old hotel with a lot of history. Actually won $11.00 on the poker machine. Had no idea what I was doing, but very excited when I pushed the Collect button and out came money.
Gayngah is a lovely very old town to check out.

Super cozy country pub with a lovely interior design and absolutely delicious food (I still have cravings for these super yummy sweet potato chips!!). Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!!

We stopped by for lunch. Had and excellent pumpkin salad and an eye- fillet steak for $35. Delicious. Service was great too!
