We had the best experience here with the staff at Golden Orange hotel-Motel. Everyone was so kind and willing to help us any way that they could.
It is so refreshing to meet genuine people who are the blueprint of what you expect from anyone working in a customer service role. Well done team! If I'm ever back here in Gayndah, I know where I'll be staying (and eating).

We called in for lunch. Best 'non steak sanga' I've ever eaten. awesome!

Great location, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. Lots of choices in gaming machines. Amazing food at a fair price. Good music, pool tabe and pinball machines are cool too. Function room is huge.

As a local of Gayndah now of ten years, The Golden Orange is definitely the pick of the only two local watering holes left in this historical town today.

The staff are beautiful and smiling always with the usual friendly banter, great tunes around the pool table, a decent sized function room for gatherings, with several pokie machines to choose from in a spacious gaming room, as well as the front bar and restaurant out back serving quality of food that would put Master Chef to shame.

Rooms are situated right on the edge of the beautiful Burnett River with a recently upgraded footpath for that quiet evening stroll to wind down after your favourite meal and drinks.

The real heart of this much loved local pub, if you're lucky enough to catch him around is Pete, so be sure to say a quick hi if he doesn't look too busy, he'll no doubt remember your face next time you pass through.

Not a local, just popped in for dinner and drinks with a friend. No advice that the meals would be so delayed, apart from the rumblings of a few other customers, but stuck it out in hope. 2 hours later the meals arrived, incorrectly, and had to be sent back for correction. Hope it was just a bad night and it improves for future diners. Suggest also adding dietary options to be shown on your menus in future or teaching your staff to be able to advise appropriately.
