Arrived just before closing time as connecting flights were delayed. Received 2 complimentary drinks as part of package. Asked to use them the next day but they refused. Did not even check or try work out a solution.
It's bad customer service like this that will drive people down to the massive new hotel being built on the waterfront no more then a 100m away.
Thank you for your response. The service I have experienced since the review has been exceptional. Even so I extended my stay. Appreciate your response and action to improve customer satisfaction. I will be changing my rating to 5 starts.
