Throughly enjoy visiting this place! Amazing friendly staff, especially dimity. Fast, efficient and very attentive when serving myself and friends. Always had a kind smile when we approached the bar!

Came in for dinner a couple of days ago, was served by Dimity, she was very enthusiastic and smiled the whole time we were there :) she made me a fantastic cocktail and I ended up ordering a few more. Thanks Dimity :)

First time at the Emerald Star hotel and will definitely be returning! The food was lovely and the service was even better. Shannon was our server and she was extremely friendly and bubbly, we will definitely be back!

Stayed on Thursday & was most impressed with Nieve on check in. 😀 Also had a meal & couldn't fault service from Tennant. Another staff member was helpful with a problem but only have her description. Thin, black hair & nose piercing. Would recommend your place as Happy Staff make a stay.
On Monday through Sunday, Emerald Star Hotel is open from 10 AM until 2 AM the following morning.
