Customer service a negative. I rang to ask if we could dine and sit somewhere with our dog and told yes sure and I\'ll let the manager know. When we arrived the manager then said we couldn\'t. Seriously guys get your rules sorted and don\'t mess people about. For seriously poor service ... zero rating

We booked a room in august instead of last night by accident , Nicki at reception couldn\'t have d9ne a better job , even upgraded us att no cost or fuss , we even got two drink vouchers. For $97 it\'s unbeatable , the beer was cold , patrons were friendly, and the bistro meals were absolutely perfect. Highly recommend and would definitely not stay anywhere else .
Once again a big shout out to Nicki ( hope the spelling is right ) we really appreciated everything you did for us , and also all the other staff that served us or answered our questions, thank you all

Shaunette behind the bar is an absolute legend! Had a day out today with the family and couldn't have had a better time! The service was fantastic, great chats with all the staff and an all round great experience! P.s. Photo Booth rocks!!!!!

We live in Emerald so have only dined here. The food is amazingly delicious, the staff extremely friendly and the prices and deals are really good. Being part of the pub Plus set up is great, lots of deals to be had. It is our go to dining pub and we come here regularly. We highly recommend the Emerald Star.

Jit the chef cooks amazing food. I recommend stopping in here.
The ribs were delicious and soft and yummy sauce. The chicken burger was fresh and moist.
The bar staff are very friendly ❤️
