The Corio hotel located in Railway Terrace Goolwa, has been an integral feature of the landscape of Goolwa since its construction in 1858.
Named after the paddle steamer "SS Corio", which sank in 1857 on the Murray River, the National Trust listed hotel has traded continuously, with it's current licensees Rick and Nada O'Donnell, managing it since 2001.
From simple and traditional front bar meals to family oriented ensembles, value for money is always at the forefront of perception, with the chefs and talented kitchen staff also ensuring restaurant style specials and unique flavourings add to this epicurean experience that is the Corio hotel.
Along with a constantly changing salads bar and hot vegetable eatery, the range and continuous changeover of specials only serves to encourage the satisfied patrons quick and consistent return.
