Very disappointing not recommended. Went up to order our meals after looking at what was on offer re hot vegetables & salad options in self serve section. Asked kids at register if it was going to be replenished as many options were empty. Direct answer was NO with no explanation or apology. Very uninviting to say the least. We went ahead and ordered Pork Chops delicious & lamb chops also delicious both served on a bed of OLD chips. Of the 2 bread rolls that were left in hotbox they were inedible to hard and overheated to a crisp . Would have been nice to have some sides to go with but very uninviting and empty looking. Husband and I were obviously 1/2 way through our meals and was asked by same kid are we finished our meals? Wanting to take our plates found him to be very rude with each interaction from him. Felt badgered by his behaviour throughout our meal experience actually. I definitely would NOT recommend The Bowls club for a meal at all. Service very poor kids definitely need more hospitality training in all areas.(Customer Service, replenishing and attention to empty Bain Maries,behaviour in dining room re NO tea towel fights with each other,conscious of hygiene paramount especially in front of customers etc etc etc.etc.)
Compliments to the Chef though re cooking Meat perfectly.
Never returning though and will not recommend anyone else to either.
