I cannot recommend the Windsor bowls club for your venue enough. Tim made the whole process easy and as a venue you can do almost anything you want in the space, it was great to have his support before hand and on the day.
He was able to help us out at relatively short notice after another venue dropped us quite close to our event and we are kicking ourselves we didn't just go to the Windsor bowls club first.
We had a third birthday party and the space up stairs had plenty of room for the kids to play and run around, parents and family to mingle and chairs and tables set up for food. We also had an entertainer which wasn't an issue as there was plenty of room for it all to happen.
He met with us to walk us through everything, we were able to get catering from the venue and do some it ourselves, which helped our preparation load and our wallet. Not to mention the caterer was second to none, the food was excellent and made fresh. I could have had a lot more of the pepperoni and potato pizzas, outstanding. There was plenty of fridge space as well which was handy when we needed it.
