Restaurant dining has been good and enjoyable.. however the bar staff are very rude. They made my drink wrong but won't fix it unless I pay for it again!!! The manager doesn't seem to care about it either.. although he's friendlier than bar staff..

My wife and I are regular visitors as we live 3 minutes walk away.
We find the service and food very good. My comment is that the hotel has a great beer garden at the rear opposite IGA. But it does not allow non smokers the enjoyment of using this fantastic space without breathing in smokers fumes. Even when we enter the building we still have to breath in smoke. We both find this very off putting indeed!! How can this be changed so that non smokers can enjoy that outdoor area as well? With summer just around the corner it would be nice to sit outdoors and enjoy a drink in a smoke free environment.

We were at the Windermere for a family reunion lunch, the staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. The venue was perfectly located, clean and friendly.

Service awesome, food at very reasonable prices and lovely menu.
