Stopped by the Waterloo today for a quick bite to eat for Valentine's Day. We also took our beloved pup.
Not only were we welcomed but our pup was too. Tash promptly provided our pup with a fresh bowl of water and treats. She also received some lovely pats from other staff members.
Drew did a great job behind bar, with efficient service.
Will definitely be back soon!!!

Mariah and Drew delivered fantastic service.
Food - Ceasar salad () had dry chicken like yesterday's roast reheated, bacon over cooked, no anchovies.
Christmas lunch () - ham and turkey just sandwich slices chucked under the grill, had to ask for the gravy and ran out of cranberry sauce.
This is my second bad experience here, will go elsewhere next time.

Customer service was good, we did have to sit in beer garden cause it was busy. My beef snitty was very tasty and so was the garlic bread. My dessert fairy bread churros was ok but the white chocolate sauce needs to be thicker, it was way too thin.

Parmi was incredible how ever the BBQ 3 & 2 was a complete lie and well over priced. Pork and brisket was fatty how ever the pulled pork was nice. Says you get two side absolutely a lie requested mac n cheese wouldn't allow a second selection added notes stating this fact and request corn as well. Only received corn so they read the note had no regard for order or to call and confirm.

Steak was over cooked and extremely salty. Request med-rare received med-well done. Chips were undercooked. Garlic prawns in cream sauce were very well done though.

Service wasn't great one guy at our table had received his food and requested a replacement due to it being over cooked he had his replacement meal before the rest of the table had starters so they had time to make his meal twice....

No this didn't seem like a busy night so not sure what happened.

Went here the first time last night and it was a pleasant experience.

I ordered the beef parmi and a pepsi.

The food was great and the diane sauce tasted beautiful!

The atmosphere was great and the building was very spacious.

Recommended venue.
