Booked a reservation for 4 for dinner. Nobody showed us to our table. Went up to order, the lady was so rude!!! Told us they had no roast. Requested to add pineapple to a margarita pizza (when other pizzas had pineapple) and was rudely told "the chef can't make any alterations right now". Like mate how hard is it to add 6 pieces of pineapple on top of a pizza was happy to pay the extra. Was then advised that it will be an hour wait for food because they "had a function" (the actual bistro was almost empty). Ended up walking out and went to the whalers. Much better atmosphere, customer service and overall experience .

Perfect cooked food. First time to try. Love it. Nice place. Will be back again

Our meals were delicious and service was prompt considering the venue was very busy. Kiwanis also appreciate the club allowing us to hold our meeting there

Absolutely delicious! We all enjoyed our meals and we didn't have to wait long for them either. We highly recommend!

We had a party of 9 - 7 adults and 2.children. Meals and service were both outstanding. 4 adults had the parmas, I adult had the lamb ragout, I calamari salad and I had the steak sandwich. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals and my steak sandwich was so tender. Give this club a big 10 out of 10 and we recommend it to everyone and we will definately be back

We had fish and chips - really well cooked, generous portion. Husband had the lambs fry which he thought was excellent, praise indeed from a classically trained chef !!!

Went for a fathers day lunch, great specials. Steak was well cooked. Chips were a tad soggy but otherwise meal was excellent. Large portion, probably almost too much food. Bar service was excellent, even came and wiped up a spill by my toddler without apprehension. Meals came out a bit slower than usual but it was semi-busy.

Very average steak sandwich. Meat was tasteless and chewy and god only knows what they cook the chips in. Look at the colour of them??

Lovely food at reasonable prices. Got a porterhouse steak with chip/veg for $38. Wed nights they do a big chicken Parma with chips/salad & pot of beer or house wine for $25 Wed only special price but I wanted steak! Do yourself a favour and get a nice meal here. Although I didn't try the Parma I saw a few go past and they looked great.

I am over on holiday from WA and at the bar I got served by a nice young man Tom. Now I dont know what he did wrong or forgot to do but I assuming the boss blonde haired woman with ponytail and glasses on her head had a go at him infront on customers and you could hear. There is a time and place to talk to staff Maybe management course would be good for the boss

We visited Warrnambool for a four day event. Found the club day one and immediately felt welcome. After attending other venues throughout the first day, we returned to the club on day two, three, and four. Food wonderful, generous servings, well cooked and presented, not to mention well priced. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Together made for a cheerful, relaxing environment without overwhelming crowds experienced at other venues.

My friend and I came to Warrnambool from Melbourne for a few days and where staying up the road from the bowls club and thought we'd go there for dinner.
We ordered lemon , lime and bitters drinks and they had no lime cordial, so used sliced limes instead. We asked for lemon squash, but got soda water instead. We had to go upto the bar and complain. At $7.50 each pretty disappointed. For our meals we ordered fettuccine marinara and garlic and Chilli prawns. Both were pretty bland, tasteless. I'm not the best cook, but I can do better. Would not recommend and I won't be back.

Nice club but my food was dry and cold.
We had a large group of people so it slowed the service and had to wait for an hour for my meal.

The staff where so friendly and made you feel welcomed. They came to the table to check if everything was ok. Food was really nice

Friendly staff, efficient, everyone enjoyed their meals, plenty of space to move around, staff provided extra assistance with elderly clients.

It is a good community bowls club, service was good, my only criticism is frozen flake was the only option for fish, which had no flavour at all, others at our table enjoyed their meals

Very accommodating at short notice. Food is always presentable and tasty, fast service and prepared.
Has pokies for people that are interested.
Have been a couple of timesand wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I was lucky enough to be here on parma night it was lovely . I had the Smoke house parma , it includes a drink for $20

Went in for personal reasons but was impressed with the venue and the staff that I interacted with

On my first visit I had fish and chips and was quite impressed with it.
It was a group affair as we're a Melbourne construction company working away from home.
Two at the table had Parma which they commented was best they'd had anywhere, while the last in our group had steak which he wouldn't shut up about 😂
Finally what we all agreed on was how welcoming the locals were not one dud in the entire place.

We had a yummo vegies and mash potato meal with a mushy sauce.
Lovely garlic cheese bread.

Very quiet atmosphere in which to dine. Lots of room. Meals are a generous size and very well priced. As a visitor to area I would say one of the city's best places to eat

Oh this place was the best! Decent size meal, great price, fantastic service, what more could you ask for? We went on Parma night so they were a meal deal. Strongly recommend you go for dinner. You won't be disappointed even for regular menu. Left totally stuffed!!!

Visited this Club as a tourist and ordered Seniors Grilled Fish.Did not expect a large meal but piece of fish not much larger than a chip.Insulting to patrons to serve such mean portions.In Gaming Room Tea and Coffee Machine available with paper cups. Biscuit available but you need to go to the bar and ask for it. As if....................Please may I have a biscuit?

Friendly atmosphere,very helpful staff and spotlessly clean.Food was excellent don't hesitate to visit..

Reception lady was lovely, very pleasant, wonderful greeting us as we walked in. Good menu with good variety. Meals came out quick and were yummy. Waiters and bar staff were very accommodating and pleasant and courteous. Easily go back again.

There were five of us for lunch and we were all very satisfied with the meals and pricing. The facilities were very clean. We all said we will keep this place in mind.
