Quite the popular place to be. Enjoyed my meal here, fairly quick service given how busy it was.
I usually leave belongings on my table to reserve it when I go to the bar etc and staff had quickly cleared it up to keep it safe behind the bar which I appreciated as I later learnt this is the place if you want a brawl.

Whatever you do have the chicken wings. Yum yum yum. Just falls off the bones. My grandson and I went halves in a dish of chicken wings and a steak sandwich. Best of both worlds.

Meals were overpriced and overcompensated with unnecessarily large portions. Roast of the day (pork) was decent but drowning in gravy, chicken schnitzel was good but was ruined by the salad being inedible, definitely not fresh and dressing tasted off. Chicken fettuccine sauce tasted good but it was watery and the chicken was chewy and overcooked. Overall our meals were disappointing and expensive.
Some of the young staff had bad customer service, rude and entitled attitude. But when we spoke to the manager about our meals she was really understanding and apologetic and we left feeling much better about our experience.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place pushed me over the edge. What an absolute let-down. The service was painfully slow, the staff looked like they'd rather be anywhere else, and trying to get anyone's attention felt like I was interrupting their day. If you're going to charge pub-restaurant prices, at least pretend you care.
The food? Barely warm, poorly presented, and honestly tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp waiting for someone unlucky enough to order it. For what I paid, I expected at least basic quality, not something that felt thrown together.
The atmosphere could have redeemed it, but nope - loud, disorganised, and zero sense of customer service. I walked out more annoyed than when I walked in, which is saying something.
Save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of places in Hervey Bay that actually value their customers. This is not one of them.

I have been here many times for dinner and food has always been decent. But for the 3rd time in 4 visits I have not received what I actually ordered even though the order was repeated back to me. I refuse to send food back for obvious reasons. But guys when you order chicken Snitzel Tropical don\'t keep sending me a standard parmy. Get your shit together
