Facts: We ordered trough the QR code on the table, payment went trough, I double checked with the staff cause it seems like we weren't supposed to order from the menu it was shown on the QR code, it glitched and showed us a wrong menu. Staff said it's ok and they would cook the meal. After 40 minutes we went to check and the order didn't go trough, staff asked for the receipts and brought our order 20 min later, but missing a burger. We had to ask again and they brought the last burger shortly.

My opinion: the staff was very polite and helpful. They did a great job handling the issue. It was unfortunate and delayed our plans for 1 hour and I ended up catching traffic back home.
The food was ok. Fries are crunchy but too salty, burguer is good size but has weak taste. All I could taste was the sauce. Eating the burger patty separate and it didn't have much taste. But the texture and the looks are amazing.
The restaurant has an amazing view but the glasses were too dirty, everything else was clean including the toilets.

I would definitely come back.

We ordered the classic fish and chips and a chicken parma, both of which were prepared to perfection. The fish was beautifully cooked, with a crispy, golden batter that encased the tender, flaky fish inside. Paired with a generous serving of hot, crunchy chips, salad and a zesty tartar sauce, this dish was a standout.

The chicken parma was equally impressive. A succulent chicken breast, breaded and fried to a crisp, was topped with a rich tomato sauce and melted cheese, creating a mouthwatering combination. The parma was accompanied by a fresh garden salad and a side of chips, balancing the meal nicely with some light and crunchy elements.

The atmosphere at Burleigh Heads SLSC is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a casual lunch by the beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

My friends and I were looking for breakfast spots and stumbled upon this resturant. The food was good (hash, and the breaky burger) however the eggs& chorizo was very disappointing. It lacked flavour and the dish looks unappetizing.

Customer service was a bit disappointing as we got our foods at such different times (approximately 15min apart) when we did order 2min apart with the QR code. I do NOT recommend ordering with the code as the only person who ordered at the bar got their food quickly. In total my friends and I waited 30 minutes, ordering with the QR codes.

When we got brought our drinks separately, the chai latte took 15 min to arrive and the server did not know what drink he was giving us, as we asked if it was the chai, he responded he didn't know.

Mind you, there didn't seem like a breakfast rush as there was only 2 other tables in the section.

The atmosphere and location was beautiful. Maybe just come here for drinks next time.

Great location. Was looking like a great lunch, until an hour later still no meal. Turns out it never made it past the kitchen! Now no special available so changed to seafood marinara! BIG MISTAKE total slop, canned prawns (in qld?), rubber band calamari. At least the drinks got us through..maybe the Pavilion as busy as it is was a better choice!!
Most disappointly..so bad this is only my second google review and this meal made me do it
