Absolutely wonderful staff and I was able to get a last minute booking in an emergency. I can't compliment the service enough either, and not to mention that I asked a question and got an informative answer. They didn't rush explain anything to just move me on. And I was warned ahead of time about the DJ and stuff and knowing it was a weekend I was already expecting a busy night there.. but I didn't hear much from my room and slept through the whole night. Would recommend this place and I would stay again if I ever am back in Whyalla.

Fantastic value for money. The rooms were somewhat dated BUT comfortable and perfect for what we needed, which was a place to put our bag, shower and sleep.
They provided us with coffee/tea/bickies etc but no kettle to use ..
It loses a star due to a shared bathroom which we weren't aware of at first but the next room wasn't being used so it didn't matter.
Also to be aware that there are no meals on Mondays and Tuesdays which was inconvenient.
Over all though, if you're staying in Whyalla and not planning on slothing about in your room, this is more than sufficient.
The staff were very helpful and friendly also.

Reasonable rooms, cheapest accommodation you'll find in the town.
Very comfortable bed!

Don't bother staying here. No security what so ever for your vehicle out the back. Front has cameras, BUT you have to park your vehicle on the road. Cancelled accommodation after seeing the parking situation and still waiting on the refund for cancelled accommodation. That has been 6 weeks now. Poor service.

Went there for lunch. The dining area is a great atmosphere. The selection of food is amazing so many choices. Complimentary small garlic bread with your meal. My meal came out in super fast time and was absolutely delicious. Serving was so generous have to take home almost half of it. Great value. If your wanting a special lunch experience then do yourself a favour and check out the New Whyalla Hotel.
